Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 – the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, and the Hamptons. On the 12th anniversary of his first day in the industry, Ryan launched his own real estate brokerage, SERHANT. – continuing to revolutionize the traditional brokerage model by innovating through media and content creation. Ryan's team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the top 3 in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate in 2019. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Wall Street Journal’s top ten list each year.
You know, as I sit behind the wheel of my current day job, which is as a city bus driver, I often find myself wondering if I should get into real estate. It's not exactly my dream career but I do have quite an interest and knowledge in properties, buildings, locations etc. I am however not very great in sales/entrepreneurship. So I'm always wondering if it would be worth it.
Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its eighth season. As star and producer, he also debuted his new Bravo show, "Sell It Like Serhant," and published his first book, "Sell It Like Serhant". His second book, "Big Money Energy" is set to release on January 19, 2021. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, "Expansion. Always. In all ways."
Been in real estate but starting to take it serious again. Let’s go!

Currently in real estate courses and I have a sponsorship ready waiting for me to pass the state test. He said the same thing, what is being taught in the courses I will never take after passing the test

@oa42842:50 Portuguese real estate agent here for anyone curious on our requirements:
- Can you fog a mirror? Congratulations! Just sign up with any real estate agency and you can use their license with you being a service provider, woohoo!
You can imagine how "great" the average service is :)
Had to almost fight brokers to get them to teach me anything on real estate so I mostly had to research on my own.
Thank you for the great video!
PS: We don't have an MLS either, comps are really "fun" to do 😅
Terima kasih

@LucianaCristinaSallesNo matter where you roam on this big ol' planet, you gotta snag a real estate license to play the property game. But Pakistan? Oh, it’s the wild west of real estate—no license needed to dive into the deal-making fun! 😎🏠😂🚀😜😉👍
@AneesRajputWorldI believe you
@savannaloverton🔥 Love this! Your step-by-step demo of qualifying and getting walk-through appointments is so clear and real—it breaks down how to dig into seller motivations and smoothly earn trust. That “tell me more about your situation” question was pure gold.
At Real Estate Bees, we work with top-performing real estate professionals like you, and we'd love to explore a partnership. We believe there's real synergy here — would be great to connect and chat more!
👍🙏🏋️ thank you your speech are Soo producctuble.
I want to become real state
It's a huge opportunity, I've remembered how the Founder of McDonald's started with Fast-food and turns into a amazing Real State Business man, the movie The Founder explores this transformation. This scene is amazing:

@purchasedecision9560I´m from Argentina, here it´s a short degree career, 2 years and a half. 😅
@belenmureI’m taking an online real estate course at 24 and the more I learn, the more questions I have and it’s honestly so much information 😅 I love to learn about Real Estate and even about how finances work but the more lessons I get through I’m actually getting slightly nervous because I tend to stumble a lot on my words and I’m pretty bad at putting sentences together since my brain works faster than my face. It makes me nervous since building good relationships with people and having a very professional and coherent relationship is very important in Real Estate transactions
@shyryTsr2kGood luck 👍

@zekrullahanayatzada1753I can't and happened just as I said.
@JOSELITOGODOY12Was going to be a pilot, and got out of commercial real estate. The pilot gig might be a lost cause after all the training and ratings due to a medical condition that I developed. But, from my time in commercial real estate and life, people always told me I should become more involved in real estate due to being personable, smart, easy going and oddly enough attractive. So, I went out, got the license and I start at a nice little firm next week. I really am hoping to just give it my all, dedicate what time and energy is needed and make a crack at this. I love real estate, I love people, I love being out and about and not trapped in an office 24/7. So, I really am hoping that I can find success here and it's not as miserable as all the horror stories make it out to be. I'm excited and know it isn't easy, but people make it happen.
@tymark1Just tried out RealG, and it's a game-changer! It streamlines data gathering so quickly – I’m spending less time digging through details and more time making decisions. If you’re a real estate investor, this tool is worth checking out for faster, smarter data insights! 🌐💡 #RealEstateTools #Efficiency #RealG
@MariaKhristinaMaeAdame"Building wealth is like climbing a mountain; investing is the steady ascent, retirement is the summit."
@GraziaMacahilasI feel like you should do it as a part time side gig to stack ALOT of money, being a real estate agent especially when 80% quit their first year seems risky
@YTSH0RTMEME3This is absolutely the best video on YouTube for beginners who wants to get into real estate 💯%

@CoachRyanSpeedWhat are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the real estate & financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
