I have yet to visit Rio. From Ipanema Beach to Christ the Redeemer statue to the botanical gardens, looks like beautiful place to visit. I like bossa nova.

@gatovcatI'm Brazilian and I know Rio de Janeiro. It's truly beautiful, but absurdly dominated by organized crime: the Comando Vermelho (Red Command). If you want to enjoy beaches in Brazil, I recommend those in João Pessoa and Paraíba. They're fantastic and safe.
