Stop making me feel bad
Making a good muscle building diet sounds scary for a lot of people, but its really not that hard. In this video, i will show you exactly how you can build an awesome diet for building as much muscle as possible, with very little effort required from your side. Everyone knows that a big part of a successful muscle building diet is protein, and thats what we will focus on. But if you got a specific goal in mind, so either bulking (gaining weight), cutting (losing weight), or maintaining your current weight, i highly recommend you to check out my new nutrition plans!

Thanks for sharing this.
@JonesKadeRemember, if you’re obese this doesn’t work as well. If you’re overweight do 1g/lb of body weight for your GOAL weight

@Dan-ji4dbmeal plans always felt complicated till this video made it actually doable 👏
@bansal.nishakumariAll these videos that I’ve seen suck, I’ll make it easy for everyone. Have a shit load of hard-boiled eggs made up in your fridge so every day you could just grab them in the morning have two bananas 4 hard boiled eggs, and some kind of bar like a fig bar something with carbs in between lunch and breakfast, have a protein shake already waiting for you with another banana or apple lunchtime just crack open a can of tuna eat some type of carb with that in between lunch and dinner have another protein drink with some figs or something full of carbs and that brings you to dinner have a big dinner you want protein carbs, with a bowl of yogurt for a snack and then a 50 g protein drink before bed done I do this every day. It’s easy Every day I get around 500 g of carbs 300 g of protein and 160 g of fat just by following that routine. exact numbers don’t matter. It’s just gotta be in the range not too hard.

@anasiid3108The tip about using a rice cooker to simplify meal prep is a game changer, It really makes sticking to a nutrition plan so much more manageable
@NishantMalhotra-c6cI try to keep things extra simple
-1g protein per pound of body weight
-1g fat for every kg of body weight
-fill the rest with carb depending on your goals
3 scrambled eggs in a bowl microwaved 3 minutes. Add some G Hughes sauce for flavor. (I like Sweet Chili and General Tso the most)
3 more eggs scrambled in a bowl with a drained can of french style green beans, microwaved 4-5 minutes. Add same sauce.
2 or 3 scoops of protein powder (depends on scooper size, aim for 60 g of protein), add half a cup of canned pumpkin puree, 6 oz of probiotic yogurt, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 2 tablespoons of walnut butter, mix together, then stir in a Premier Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter shake, and add a chopped banana.
Overall about 1650 calories a day and very tasty.
On less active days I might cut the first 3 eggs, lowering the total to just above 1400 calories.
I eat those same meals nearly every day, but once in a while I might replace some of the meals with pizza or whatever when eating with friends or family or coworkers, still aiming for less than 2000 calories a day.
Currently 208 lbs, expecting to reach 150 or 130 lbs within a year, and then I will increase my daily calories to 1900 to maintain.
I LOVE this video! Honestly I’m thinking (me) before this video is not the same as (me) after! I know some info in this video may seem intuitive but it didn’t click with me until I saw this. Been lifting for over 2 years now and nutrition has been the pain of my existence so I’m hoping that this knowledge would help me get to the next level. Thanks 🙏

@amiracle1269I didn’t realize how personal nutrition is. Healix AI helped me see that clearly 🧬💡
@KangoJuniorThere is no evidence that eating 6 times better then 2 times for muscle protein synthesis . If your total Intake same, results will be same. More protein you eat - longer it takes to process. For body it's not much difference if you put 2x30 grams or 1x60 grams. It's same. Even 100g in one sitting is fine, just takes longer to digest and process. You can eat more often, but it's not necessary. But eating 6 times a day...living in a kitchen?
@Macht-gb4trMy brain actually applauded. That has never happened before.
@01bhanaramfarmer2is the weight of the protein calculated before or after cooking?
@carcosa_tyrant9444My friends laugh about my ricecooker, but its so awesome!
