I don’t know if anyone will read this, but lately I have been struggling to open my Bible and turn to God, but I decided to look up a video for how to make it a little easier, and this was the first one that came across. It was simple straight to the point and has given me the motivation to sit down today and open my Bible. This is so powerful.

Pay attention to the capital W of word because that indicates it’s speaking of God! Jesus is God .

I've recently stsrted reading my bible again and im not exactly sure if I'm doing it right. I thought you were supposed to read it like and actual book, from start to fiish, but i feel like the area i should be reading i wont get to for months. Am I supposed to just read random books in the bible or am i supposed to read it in order?

For so long I’ve struggled to read and understand who Jesus was, sure we know his story we know what he did but do we actually “know” him was always my question that wondered in my head, is my faith true then I hear about faith without works are dead but then i thought, but if our works don’t save us then what’s the point, until I came to a conclusion, natural faith will produce natural works

Just ask the God to lay something on your heart and open to a random page and usually a passage, start at the beginning of the book

I truly bless God for what he’s doing in my life and my oldest son life just last year my son was out there in the streets stealing cars had got shot at gotten arrested and I was really scared for his life it was times he even came to me and said ma if you don’t get me out of this state I think someone is gonna kill me and I’m gonna end up dead he was involved in stuff that was later revealed to me and I didn’t come into agreement with any of it I just kept praying for him and fasting and I gave him to God now now fast forward my son has fully given his life to Christ he’s been fasting reading his bible and worshipping and really seeking the Lord it’s nights I’ll go in his room at night and scriptures are playing on the tv I bless God for saving him and keeping his hand of protection on his life he even looks different and I see a big change in him to God be all the Glory🙌🏽💛😇

But you ignore emails that are the utmost important and someone in diar straights asking for advice and help when every church has denied help and proper ministry. But you sure made sure that you asked for money before the video started.

Im 15 and trying to get closer to Jesus, reading my Bible, praying more, waking up early to spend time with God, and watching sermons and podcasts because my family's not in a position to go to church right now.But how do I really give my life to Christ? What do I need to do? How do I do it? I want to gey closer to God there's a deep yearning in my, but I don’t know how Im confused. I've been let down so many times how do I trust Him. By faith and not by sight.

not sure if anybody will see this, but I have just started to read my bible and it has created and changed a part of me to just become stronger with the word of god. Have a blessed day and thank you for teaching me.

The best way to understand the bible is to read what the words actually say with out substituting your own words. When Leviticus 25 says you can own a person as property it means just that. it's not talking about "employment" or being a "servant". When god commands that all the Amalekites be "punished" He means ALL of them: even the children. God is not a good being.

Im going to read my bible starting today. I have always had like a relationship with God but I drifted away and I want to restart my life.

In the beginning of the Bible, God tells male and female (Adam) not to partake in the knowledge of good and evil.

This sets the tone to read the Bible in a way where you do not decide what is good and bad, rather that you read it as though there is something deep and powerful at play in all of the texts thereafter Genesis 3.
