You, sir, are a lifesaver. My usual simple to use download purchase site closed its portal last week due to falling sales as it wasn't a streaming site. I'm old fashioned and prefer to own my music rather than it being rented somewhere on the cloud. I was on the verge of wanting to go look for His Royal Highness Bezos to sort him out good and proper for making what was once easy into a very frustrating exercise.

Thank you for this. I just deleted Spotify after finding my old iPod Touch THAT STILL WORKS! I'm gonna go back to buying music. I prefer supporting artists that way. My ONLY hope is that Amazon music gives artists a better deal than Spotify does.

I was trying to find my previous purchases under orders, and then digital orders. It sometimes has it there, but won't show up a recent purchase (say about 10 minutes ago). Your last portion of the video is helfup with the music libary. Still not a easy process. Thanks for your help in your video.

My question is. After pre-ordering an album, if a single is released before the album come out. How long do I have to wait to download the single? I pre-ordered an album that comes out April 29th. There are two singles released already. I was able to download the first single on March 17th. The second single was released 3 days ago. Every time I go to download it it's asking for more money and there's no option to download. I don't like pre-ordering albums on Amazon. It always seems to be an issue. Normally I have to wait 24 hours after the single has been released. This time it's just not working at all.

When I get to the part at 2.07 of your timeline (on my amazon) the song I'm looking for is there to purchase with the name of the artist that sings it however, when I to go listen to it before I buy it, its not the song nor the artist, it plays different songs. So frustrating! This has happened several times. I don't know what the issue is.

@haneefs3103Tried it, again and again. Amazon is very frustrating. I don't get the same screen as you. I'm on a laptop using Firefox. Tried purchasing, but there was no option to purchase. The song is Truth and Rights by Zero 7. The only thing I can think of is that it isn't available to purchase or I need a different browser. 🤷♀
