How to Own SpaceX Before the $2 Trillion IPO

Video Overview & Insights

SpaceX's (SPAX.PVT) upcoming initial public offering (IPO) may end up being the largest on record. Yahoo Finance Senior Autos Reporter Pras Subramanian explains how potential SpaceX investors should be thinking about buying in before the IPO.

The truth is, no matter how bad the economy gets, most of us need to strive for great ideas and also make decisions on how to survive and become successful, although not all of us were financially literate early enough to understand this. For me I was 40 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps on how to better my life, I went from $120,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and with over $895,000 net worth. It may not SOUND like a lot, but I'm so proud of myself for it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $100,000 annually) with no debts at all. It's a good feeling! Hopefully I will retire soon and purchase another new house for my retirement.

I support the vision of Elon Musk to keeping artificial intelligence services free. In my opinion, the real opportunity for companies is not in exploiting AI itself to make private profit, it is not obligation that the user of the artificial intelligence should be a compagny but the compagnies which have to creating accessories, tools, and service options that work with AI.

If I understand correctly, Elon Musk is reacting to situations where things are not communicated clearly. When someone belittled them and do not informing anything about what's hidden in the production like “crossing to cheating with a bicycle” and damaging credibility — the blame should not fall on Elon Musk

I sent before on social media example about idea to creating AI‑enhanced objects, such as a chair with an AI option that could serve tea or creating a daily tasks. this is the real point: companies don’t need to profit by exploiting AI. They can profit by creating innovative services.

I hope that soon Elon Musk can realize ideas like an AI‑integrated bed that can taking the people in navigation to replay situations that happened during thier day with artificial intelligent advices for better mental health capacity

You have to be an accredited investor with a huge net worth to be able to invest directly in the SpaceX pre-IPO. Other than that if you are a poor investor like little old every day me, you can only go with a fund that is well invested in it. Not going to make a ton of money like that. And you could lose money, like any investment. I'm no longer excited about this. For sure don't invest on margin, just your own equity. Ask me how I know this. Might as well go to a casino and pray. Some in here are pushing XOVR, I'd be slightly less scared jumping out of a plane without a chute than investing in XOVR.

XOVR

@donherbert1561

XOVR seems to be a great way to get the most SpaceX concentrated exposure based on my research. I have started a position in it.

There are several funds that have exposure to SpaceX. Here is the summary:

Here’s the quick breakdown:
• XOVR stands out clearly as the best option. It has the highest SpaceX exposure at ~44.4% (via an SPV), trades close to its true NAV (no crazy premium), has a low 0.75% expense ratio, and is a true ETF so you can buy/sell it any day with good liquidity and strong tax efficiency.
• BPTRX (Baron) is a solid runner-up with 32.8% in SpaceX from a manager who’s been in it a long time, but it has much higher fees (2.24%) and is a mutual fund.
• ARKVX and STCGF have decent ~18% SpaceX weight but come with quarterly redemption limits or tax complications for US investors.
• VCX and DXYZ look tempting because of the SpaceX name, but they’re trading at massive premiums (VCX is over 1,300% in some cases, DXYZ around 49%). That means you’re massively overpaying for the underlying assets — a big risk of sharp drops once the IPO happens and NAV resets.
• RONB only has ~8.7% in SpaceX, so the IPO upside is diluted.

All you're going to be is exit liquidity. Do you think large institutions haven't had access to Private held companies? They're going to be ready to sell when the IPO hits

@altariusETI

Manipulation like in everything else…..

@despinakoumoundouros6446

Elon is clever but SpaceX is a turd 💩 1) X provides zero ROAS for advertisers 2) Grok sucks and like a boat, burns through cash flow 3) competition is coming for Starlink 4) Safran is a better buy for space than SpaceX for launch contracts… there's a reason why this is a confidential IPO and he's pitching to retail investors. Don't believe the hype
