My Gmail setup doesn’t look like yours. I’m using Gmail on my iPad. I would love to add a background picture and setup files like yours. But my layout is totally different looking.

My inbox gets drowned in replies to meetings accepted. I manage like 60+ accounts and have frequent meetings where they forward an invite to others to attend and those then flood my inbox too. I would create a filter for any Meeting accept or decline but quite often those will also come with a note ie to say Hey can we move this to next week etc. So by filtering I would easily miss those custom responses that need a more immediate action. Do you know if there's a way to handle that scenario better? We have a Notion workspace, so maybe the AI feature could be used for that?

Love this video, so helpful! I have lots of email addresses and i use the old desktop MS outlook from office to view each account separately. They are all domain accounts not Outlook, how can i view them in gmail and would they be all separate gmail accounts?

@MsMoBearCreating Notion tasks from a specific category of Gmail emails would be a treasure 🙏. Thank you so much, Kat !
@valerie9367Great tip to add a Zap! I've never used Zapier before, but ran through the wizard and it was pretty simple. I haven't figured out how to apply a template though... any pointers?
@michellesmyth1928I would love to see how to setup the To-Do's to Zapier to Notion Tasks as you referenced.
This was so helpful, thank you so much Kat!!!❤
