I am an international student. I work 12h +2 of traveling 5 days. I have almost 6-8h of class the other two days also assignments. Mentally I have gotten really weak not about my schedule but overall about life and all of it giving me extreme stress. I had a gf for around 4 years and because of my financial problems she ended up leaving me. Now I find it hard to really trust people. After all this hard work I should have the feeling of a successful life in the future but I feel complete opposite because I am extremely high expectations. Please if anyone here who have been through my state I will really appreciate some advice because non of the yt videos I relate to. I REALLY NEED HELP GUYS.

Student stress is on a completely different level exams, finances, family pressure all at once. A friend suggested Solh Wellness during my rough semester and the daily stress tracking actually helped me catch burnout before it hit bad. It's built for Indians so the content feels relatable too. Any student struggling should check it out

Great advice for students! Between exams, assignments, and future pressure, stress can build up without us even noticing. I recently came across Streffie, which helps you understand your stress level quickly. Once you know how stressed you are, techniques like the ones shared in this video can be even more helpful. Very useful content for every student!

Looking at the comments saying they are suffering from online school makes me a little happy to know I'm not suffering alone

just gave an exam yesterday, got some 4-6 hours sleep from past few days, now i have to give more 5 exams over consecutive days. the worst part is that i haven't prepared for my maths exam yet which is in two days, after that another exam some 6 days afterwards. somebody else might be going through worse and i wish them luck. But what keeps me going is that i say, just some more days and it will be over. this time too shall pass.

And yes , the thing is to be FOCUSED by Heart ( by our will) , NOT by building up pressure to us by our own self .
Loving the subjects can make us study them by heart
but for some days it strikes HARD on our ADDICTIVE BRAIN 🧠 , those days if we survive being REALLY US Then WHEN IT COMES NEXT TIME IT BECOMES EASIER TO STAY AWAY FROM ADDICTION

I get dosed with the fear of being failed and fear of not completing what i was supposed to do per day , such things make my brain to watch youtube for TIME PASS , so irritating but i still watch , a loop that does not want me to be what i was ---a STUDENT
BUT now i was bored by taking up notebooks and study what i wrote by my own ; Literally I AM BORED OF MYSELF , SO ASHAMED OF ME , I DON'T SEE ANY CHANGE IN ME , JUST KEEPING MY BODY AWAKE LATE TILL #3:00 JUST FOR DOING NOTHING BUT FOR A HUGE DOPAMINE WASTE

Thank you sooo much! it helped so much, to relieve stress people recommend dancing, meditation, taking yourself out , talking to friends but doing so you have to leave your studies, and during exams I can't do that. But the method of recognizing stress and how it's affecting you is such a great tool, it helped me immensely, Thanks ! You are a life saver!
