I did make one batch yesterday. Everythig went well .It came up exactly as shown in the video. for the next batch I will add 15 grams more of sugar. 12 minutes baking was perfect
@Cyriac-SebastianFor somehow 70 grams of butter was too much for me, I would prefer less butter actually. And tbh it looked so good even before I put butter. Next time I'll try without it.😅
@fuyumi7711literally the worst possible recipe .. at the point you "add the butter" , it wont take it at all , and you are looking at a hot mess

@chuachua-hj9zdWhile all the comments flooded by those who successfully made it, I would have to leave a comment here as someone who didn’t recreate this recipe successfully. Sharing from my experience, don’t do like how the creator did pouring all the flour at one time, if you think your amount of egg is insufficient because dough is dry since early stage please add egg. This recipe states one large egg but not sure if everyone have the same concept of large egg (but clearly is not the fault of the creator). Also, since the condition of butter wasn’t clearly state in the recipe, I would suggest a room temperature butter as if the butter. Lastly, most of the video of making this buns used a kitchen aid or a equipment so highly suggest those who don’t have it don’t simply try it. Just sharing from my experience. Will give a try again ❤

1. You have to be patient when adding butter and don't give up kneading, it will incorporate.
2. Don't rush them after bake, let them rest on cooling rack covered with a cloth for them to get nice and squishy.
Should taste bad with butter egg .... but good look
