The installation is good. Bur mounting outdoor cameras on pvc boxes are not a good practice in any circumstances. Else use a metal WF boxes.

Example: NVR IP 192.168.1.168
But some cameras are 192.168.254.12 why this different series?

With long screws that can penetrate the wall or with special screws that only cover the insulation itself. Which is the best option for my facade? My other question is how can I have video from my NVR in two adjacent rooms? I read about devices called HDMI EXTENDER Kvm that can work with PoE and the video goes through a Lan cable, but I don't know which options are good. Can you suggest something? Thank you.
