I planted rare seeds tomatoes, momotaro, my favorite Japanese tomato, great white, atomic, and some other names hard to pronounce, different flavors, different types, different colors, shapes, I think it’s more fun. I have got more seeds than land, I don’t have a big backyard anymore. I grow Asian eggplant, big green ones, long purple, long green, white, Japanese millionaires eggplant, and Asian cucumbers, they taste better. Different varieties of peppers, very appealing to me, so I got that, but this year I have a hard time to find big bags of Dr. Earth potting soil, the potting soil I got was not good. My seedings are not doing well, some popped out, others looks like not come up. I still have some time to do more seedlings. Thanks for sharing!

Gonna try this again for the 4th time this year!! Apparently I'm doing everything wrong.. just had a cat or something eat the top of my largest tomato plant seedling..
Have you tried Brads Atomic Grape tomato? And if so, do they seem more difficult? They do me..

Ive recently started growing some fruits and vegetables, not going too well. My succulents are amazing. Tomatoes,cucumbers,capsicum,spring onions, which I must say grow wonderful, spring onions are easy, my tomato aren’t flowering after 2 months.

when you put the seed into the cup, bottom water, cover and place onto heat mat...are you also putting them under grow lights for the germination period? Or only put under light after seeds have germinated?

Spray the leaves with aspirin water?? Thought we weren’t supposed to get the leaves wet, are we supposed to spray the soil so it gets to the roots?

This is my first year trying, but I have a little bit of experience with Native plants outside that's giving me a bit of insight. Did not do exactly this, but put seeds into a deep aluminum pan with holes poked in the bottom, a shallow pan under it to put hot water, so I can see if it's dry or not, with a layer of peat on top & bottom. Left the thing by the radiator. Was happy to see my first success after I got home this morning. A single stem is coming up.
