I've been studying English for the past few months and I've improved from A2 to B1+. At this stage, I usually feel frustrated and a little overwhelmed, but I'm trying to keep going

I really thank you for digging into this. I have been studying at an English academy for more than one year and the whole English program is composed of five levels: A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1. For instance, I am currently studying the B2 level. After having studied B2 for 2 months, I started applying for bilingual jobs and I have already gotten turned down by 5 companies. Therefore, it has made me lose the confidence that I had been building. I remember the time when I was studying B1 and I was more fluently than now. The constant rejections has made me develop nerves of speaking. Now, I can't avoid hesitation whenever I have to speak or say a sentence out loud. It has been frustrating.

I can't get past the B1 level because, to be honest, I really hate English. I just want an engineering job and don't want to speak English ever again, but I need English for interviews. Many jobs require it, even for positions where you don't need it. It's incredibly frustrating.

I liked this video so much. I could understand I'm at a B1+ level. I feel stuck, and I'm having more passive study regarding listening practice, but I talk to my coworkers almost every day. How can I book an on-on-one call with you?

Thank you for all the tips… sometimes I think I’m b1, but other times, the fear appears and I think I’m A- hahahahaha
The fear kills any chances of progress

Hey man, a really good video tbh
I seriously thought it was in B2 level English, but this video made it more than clear to me that I'm in phase one of the Plateau in B1 level
I consume a lot of content in English, but I produce very little, in fact, I usually write very little tbf
I hope you keep making good videos, like this you've gained a follower

As an English learner, some of the tools have helped me a lot are Chat GPT and Gemini, you can speak with them and they give you a feed back about your mistakes, the activity of record your speaches is not as effective because nobody corrects your mistakes.
If you don't have people to practice with, the best is AI; however, if you have the opportunity to travel to another country or practice with native speakers, it helps you a lot.
My apologies for any errors😊

I have been stuck in B1 for a while. Now I am studying for B2 but it is so hard to get through, especially the listening part. The questions are lengthy and the speakers speak too fast with hidden meanings

Feeling that you're stuck in your learning process is tough. Most of the time, you're not able to identify what's the next step to get out of it, that's why I thank you for the advice. ❤

Honestly, ive got no idea what my english level is like i can write and listen pretty well. Last year i went to canada with my mom and i was the one helping translate almost everything (for example i was the one ordering food, asking for directions, etc). This year im having my entrance exam, i would like to build my career by translating stuff and help others so i need to have a b2 level to actually enter my dream school. One of my many issues is that while i can speak english i tend to forget what is the name of the things im saying, say i can do pretty well in present perfect, but if i were to see "write something in perfect present" i wouldnt know what to do what theyre talking about and therefore not be able to answer despite actually knowing what to do what theyre asking.

My English has improved since I started practicing speaking. I used to be a passive learner and hardly ever spoke. I use platforms to meet people and practice, but lately I’ve felt bored repeating the same vocabulary. I think it’s time to review and increase the difficulty level. Thank you for your video; it helped me identify my weaknesses.
