Or are you out like a light the minute your head touches the pillow? Genetics and environment can play a big part in how easy (or not) you find sleeping.
I tried various way to help me sleep. Once i watched geogrpahy video, at the beginning it helped me to fall asleep. But later it didn't help so much, i still found it hard to sleep. And now i watch low dopamine videos, as last night, i didn't sleepy so i watched llive football game, in 20 minutes i sleepy and later felt asleep. I suggest you watching a low dopamine video and long duration, instead of scrolling shorts videos.

@zikrullomuhammadov-y2dIn my opinion, using your phone before getting to sleep is too harmful, sleep is the only way to allow to your body to have a rest from all the gruelling things during your day , I always advise my patients to get a plenty of sleeping , as it has the perfect way to get rid of most of harmful things that really affect your body negatively ❤

@AbidAli-b7b9kgood insight but if i could add more steps to increase your sleep stages or qualities, it is crucial to have less screen time with your phone, then you must to do something else for making your body feels more tired.

@MahichiishaI have no problem with my sleep as well, just laying down on my bed, watched some video on YouTube or Instagram for like an hour, and then yah I fall asleep until tomorrow morning. But sometimes, if I have too much activity during the day, and of course my body was very tired, I got a bit more time to sleep. Give my body rest enough that is gift for my self.
