I recently started maining gambit and this + the gambit guide was really useful. Not sure if anyone is watching 9 months on but with the changes to Ult charge in the 7.0 update and neutral play being more important, is the startergist main goal still to generate ult charge as quick as possible?

Why why why are you using flipped team and enemy colors?
For new players you have to realize why that's confusing right? Specifically on a literal guide for healers when you have to target your teammates... But they have red outlines/health bars.

What accuracy do you end up averaging with in matches? I have 140 hours with her so far and only get 61-67% average accuracy still with her. I was thinking that's low but was unsure.

@adeanda92Excellent video that's got a bit to help at a wide variety of skill levels, but I do have to make one incredibly trivial nitpick: saying "you will troll" is misleading, as trolling only applies to deliberately counterproductive action. So it'd work better to go with something more like "you will feel like you're throwing," as that's always true for a bit when trying to sharpen new skills in any game.
Being able to explain to newer friends that "the goal is to charge your ult as much as possible," rather than having an abstract feeling that they shouldn't be trying to flank with rocket or just hanging back with adam, has helped a lot, though, so this has been a video I've regularly shared. Just had one of them get a bit confused by that one part, which I only even noticed on a rewatch, lol.

It's NOT NEEDED and diminishes the usage of the support ults because we will NEVER HAVE THEM. I WISH more people would understand this. Drives me INSANE

@R1I04HI hate the narrative "support is the easiest role." It isn't. It's MECHANICALLY the easiest role. Role wise, it's one of the harder roles as you have to multi-task. DPS is the easiest role, but the hardest MECHANICALLY. Tank is a role that is in between the two.
@Sandman_SDCI love hanging out in the back with rocket and healing. Sometimes I get 40+ assists
@notatroll5993for low elo, the support manifesto is simple.
1. figure out who's carrying your team (it'll usually be one standout tank or dps) and pocket them
2. figure out who's carrying the enemy team, and hold onto your ult to counter theirs every time
this method will make everyone mad at you, but it works!
How are you getting into games that have 2 tanks, 2 dps, and 2 healers it’s always 5 dps and one healer, or 4 dps, 2 healers. Or 1 tank, 3 dps, and 2 healers

For all my fellow supports, especially new ones, damaging enemies charges your ults! You don't always have to hide and be passive. Engage (safely) and you'll get your ulti fast.
