I just got the tax amount for 3 years from the California franchise tax board and they said I could do online or get the tax amount for those years. But I haven’t started yet, but the papers I got only has the gross and not all the withholding as with the original W2 that i no longer have.

I think I’m smart, but doing my taxes frustrates me with all the adding and subtracting. Like I just got help doing my taxes and it’s the first time I got a $3,500 total refund and I make like minimal wage and never got a tax refund for this much I first thought it was a mistake that they would catch.

Not sure why taxes couldn’t be much easier, like when you buy more at a store, the more taxes you pay vs this up and down and in and out.

▶︎The 3 main ways IRS debt is typically resolved (and who each is best for)

They said they cook the books. They beg me not to turn them in. They hide their money they have lots of cash. They always use $100 bills.

▶︎What to do if the IRS is escalating (liens, levies, garnishment)

▶︎What changes if you have higher income or assets — and what still may work

My parents live at 1100 Pates Creek Rd. Stockbridge Ga. 30281, They are stealing from the IRS. They keep changing everything to sex to cause a distraction and my mom keeps asking me whats holding me back from sex if it's my nipple hair. This is what lead me to turn them in.

Hello, Sir! Have you had cases where the IRS was treating taxpayers very unfairly? The IRS is coming after me for 2 reasons:

1. I did not file taxes for 10 years, mainly because I was residing overseas. When I came back 10 years later, I was notified that I had to file my taxes even though I was out of the country and working overseas. Based on THEIR policy 5-133, I filed 6 years to be compliant.

2. For 2013, while I was overseas, a 1099C was supposedly issued (I never knew about it) for a foreclosed house that was never refinanced. I told them that since that is a non-recourse debt, I am not liable for it, and I should not pay taxes on it. I told the same thing to the state, and they removed it from my account. So why are they not doing the same thing?

Now I receive an LT16 where they are asking me to pay the taxes due for the remaining years (4 years) and the taxes for the 1099C that I have received. I am finding it very unfair for them to harass me for things where they have clear policies. Please let me know if my understanding about them is wrong.

They might be an agent of the federal government just like the federal reserve. But not a part of the US government. They are part of England none of the money from the federal taxes goes to the US . There are no laws stating you have to pay federal taxes

The IRS owes everyone back their money due to the illegal ratification of the 16th Amendment. Look it up. I quit filing taxes 5 years ago because I am not obligated to file much less pay. You need to watch Sherry Peel Jackson black female IRS agent’s videos and you will find that out.

I got my w2 from my Employer and they did not pay the correct money to state and federal any ideas?

@Victoria3232-j7o

Got to love America. Your federal income tax is determined by the taxpayer. He figures out what he actually owes of then Pay that amount. But if he's wrong the internal revenue service will turn around and fine him into Bolivian. I on the other hand haven't paid or filed any tax to the federal government in years. How screwed up is our tax system. If I make over $400 by working for myself I'd have to file. But if I worked for someone else and filled out a w-4 form I could write exempt on it as long as it don't make over $15,900 that year. If a single guy makes $100,000 he'll pay almost 1/3 in taxes. But if he's married and has four kids each one of them will reduce his tax burden. So basically single people subsidize marry people with kids. Ain't that just lovely. But the best part of our tax system is that your money is not treated the same. If you work for it you pay more taxes then if you have invested. But remember you have to file for a long-term capital gains not short. Because the tax on $40,000 long-term capital gains for an individual is ZERO. And 15% afterwards. Hey man don't take my word for it look it up. Just remember the object of the federal tax system is to make sure we have people working at Walmart. Because if you don't understand all the tax loopholes for the rich you will never join them.

Can’t we just say that taxes are illegal in a court of law? It’s easy to prove that unless we are in active war we are not supposed to be paying income tax… it’s literally in black in white so why can they still charge us income tax?

In about 2001, I had an unfair settlement, and I was misguided by my tax attorney into accepting the settlement, but it seems that he was trying to favor the opposing attorneys. The fact is that I went to him to see if he could file the tax for me for the settlement since I didn't know how to go about it...?!. I explained to him that I want to complete my taxes for my future tax benefits. Then, after I saw a record of my return, I found out that the tax attorney didn't file any taxes on my behalf after I paid him for the services in 2001. And, because of his professional premeditated negligence, it seems to me that I somehow lost the benefits for my social security on the $79,000 income. Is there anything I can do about it in this unfair situation when I was misled by my tax attorney....?

Why is it that it's NEVER that you owe the United States government but that it's always that you "owe the IRS?" How can you OWE the IRS ANYTHING if there is no LIABILITY to have to pay OR if the IRS has no LEGITIMATE jurisdictional authority to make such a claim? The answer is that TAXABLE YEARS ENDED by law on August 16 1954! 26 CFR 1.0-1 paragraph (d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 clearly says "TAXABLE YEARS began December 31 1953 and ENDED August 16 1954 passed into LAW by the 83rd Congress and recorded AS LAW in the United States statutes at Large as volume 68A. ANY Subtitle F compliant enforcement provisions took effect the day AFTER the date of enactment which was August 17 1954 but on that day there was no tax to enforce as the tax died expired the day before on August 16 1954......BY LAW! There has not been an ENFORCEABLE INCOME TAX in the United States for over 70 YEARS!!!!

The most difficult thing is just getting someone from the IRS to speak with you. The IRS believes I owe taxes for a year that I was working abroad (and paying taxes to the foreign government). I have the paperwork to support it, but no one wants to look at it.

Don’t ever pay to apply for an OIC. They are super expensive and rarely ever get approved. You have to have zero assets, no income, and no means of future income. You will be wasting money.
