The "No Phone for 90 minutes" is an imperative strategy. I'd also add that even though it's tempting to just sit around and wait to wake up, I recommend starting to do things. Not anything hard, just mundane things like making breakfast, doing the dishes from yesterday, cleaning the table. Anything physical to get you moving and putting you to "active" mode.

Great tips, also a lot of this matches with what I heard from others. When we wake up and have the most amount of motivation/willpower left, as well as our most attention, it is important to use that for the right trajectory into the day.

90% of the time I get on my computer as soon as I wake up, now I know why I feel free and refreshed when I go out shopping with my Mom or anything else that isn't on a screen as soon as I wake up. Now to just apply this knowledge to a better routine. I really do appreciate people like you that give tips and stuff, something that seems so simple at first can be very meaningful.

Bro idk what my situation is called but u know my eyes can't handle fast movements and while playing RPG games my mind just stuck when I don't touch the other platform perfectly or idk why I wanna touch it's corners of i am unable to jump properly and falling like even typing and imagining make my brain hurts
And in games like bgmi when I can't aim at a guy perfectly my brain hurts idk why I want that aim stuck on the person idk it's adhd or my eyes have a issue or any anything else
