1. Instant Method (Fake it till you make it)
Treat every speaking situation like a performance. Focus on your body to change your emotions:
+3

Power Posture: Keep your shoulders back, head up, and chest out.
+1

Facial Expression: Put on a big smile, even if it feels fake at first.
+1

Movement: Move slowly and calmly; nervous people move too fast and suddenly.
+1

Breathing: Breathe deeply and slowly. Before speaking, hold your breath for 4–5 seconds and exhale very slowly.
+2

Speaking Speed: Slow down your speech to sound clearer and more in control.
+1

Silent Pauses: If you need time to think, use silent pauses. Avoid "filler sounds" like um, uh, well.
+1

2. Long-term Method
Confidence is built through real-world success over time:
+1

Success Breeds Confidence: The more you succeed in speaking situations, the more natural your confidence becomes.
+1

Consistency: Practice the physical habits mentioned above until they become permanent habits.
