Enactment repealed as a Judgement by Justice M Sasidharan Nambiar case no RSA 164/2005 dated 8th july 2011.
Enactment repealed was KLR Act 1963 section 132 (2)(iii) Malabar Tenency Act 1929
RSA 164/2005 is in conflicting with previous Judgement case no SA 566/92 dated 10th december 2003 reported in KLT 2004 (1) 26 case no31.
This happened in Kerala High court.
This case is pending in Supreme court pf India for more than a decade.

Thank you very much Angela. I seems to master 1) facts, 2) issue, 3) rule, and 5) Conclusion. But I am struggling with number 4) the analysis and tying it all together in wording format with the rule. I tend to ramble. IDK. Ugh😑😢

@precisionVASolutionsIt's busy work. No real-life lawyer does case briefs. Law school is basically hazing to keep down the number of lawyers so lawyers' pay stays high.

@AnaA-ku2ytIm really stuggling with case briefs. I’m able to get everything in the FIRAC theorem as explained by Professor Baez correct. But with the rule of law I’m really struggling. I’m not exactly able to identify it. Or at least that’s what I feel because I just state the statute that is applicable. Am I right or wrong?
