My Mexican neighbors invited me to try this mixed in chareso. i didn't want to offend him. His son translated to me to eat it & holy taleato. his father got upset bc i almost 8 it all. Freaking good man. Every once in a grate while ill try to cook this. I didn't ask hiw it was cooked. There are many versions on cooking it. I've tried Sautèe it never cones out the way i remember it. Ill try this then frying it. Thnk u taking the time to show this. Peace
