I wish Russian engineers would work with Chinese on Thorium reactor. As I understand, Chinese have one small prototype operating & are constructing a larger facility. Apparently it is possible to put radioactive fuel from nuclear reactors & "clean" it in Thorium reactors. There are many advantages to Thorium reactors.

Thanks, very interesting. Rosatom really seems to provide everything needed especially for smaller nations needing support to get electrical generation established. They will also need training to produce their own plant managers & technicians. Russia, in general, has been good about offering schooling for such in bilateral agreements.

The fuel was sold cheap which put all the other reactor fuel companies out of business except the Russian company. No problem, plenty of Russian fuel available from the Russian company.
