I recently got accepted at a chocolate manufacturing plant. Seeing the meticulous artistry of how chocolate is traditionally handmade in this video, while also studying the high-capacity processes at my current plant, really makes me admire both the timeless craft and the modern mechanical marvels we've achieved as a species

I wonder why people don't make chocolate with honey instead of sugar? Honey is more healthy and anti-oxidant and preserves the cocoa to last longer so no conservants needed.

When I was a kid, I wanted to have a small store where I would make customised chocolates and desserts and then grew up and got to know how much of the capital it requires to start a cottage business as well..

Due to the intense work involved in producing this chocolate, I believe that the price of the final product is quite high, meaning that only an elite group has access to this type of chocolate. 😊

This was so impressive. SHE was so impressive. Her knowledge and absolute dedication are something to see.
She made watching and hearing about the process nothing less than fascinating.
And I so admire her commitment to actually going ABOVE free-trade level with the farmers.
Just wow on all counts.

Just by looking at the beans a real connoisseur can tell you those are bad quality beans, probably you just don’t know any better and got what almost all naive importers buy. That's not real high quality chocolate.
