Thats how Plutonium is made by Uranium 238 that is left from enriching or seperating Uranium 235 . So Iran besides having enriched Uranium 235 they also have the pre requisities needed to make Plutonium and Plutonium doesnt need to be enriched to be weapons grade - it is a weapon in itself . It would take Iran much shorter time to syntesize plutonium into nuclear weapon then enriching uranium 235 from 60% to 90 % and putting it together into nuclear weapon
