very difficult! but i will try it! especially 'Don’t drink caffeine for first 2 hours of day'
@edward_biohack😮
@HealthHackNationTVI think the sun also has a role with melatonin release/inhibition so this makes sense
@om.dialedscience based routines always hit harder because you know there’s actual logic behind the habits 👏
@shraddha_koliThis actually makes morning routines feel logical not just random habits💯
@kunal_pradhan_jiDood you actually just call WALKING “forward ambulation”?….
@TheBlackJewelzAm Army Asprent
Am Weak up 6:10am
An Go to running - 7:00am
And Got minimum 1.5hour Sunlight 💀🙌
What if i wake up at 10am?
@babayaga8663Beware of book bots, fellas 💪💪
@DearDiary-v9vforward ambulation in the morning is underrated. when your eyes move laterally while walking it activates bilateral processing that reduces amygdala reactivity. that is why a morning walk genuinely calms anxiety - it is not woo, it is actual neuroscience. the body leads the mind more than most people realize
@Olimp-Motivation_Historythe forward ambulation point is underrated. walking specifically in the morning shifts the brain from threat-detection mode to goal-pursuit mode. dopamine orientation changes direction. been adding one short read from Olimp Motivation to this - stories of people who built something from scratch. 5 minutes of movement plus one story, better than any supplement stack
@Olimp-Motivation_Historyyour brain actually learns from other peoples experiences through mirror neurons. started reading success stories every morning with Olimp Motivation from the appstore, helps set the right mindset
@Olimp-Motivation_Historywhat if if we CAN'T go out for a reason or another? you do u suggest
@dr.asmajahamaHydratation?!? Good effort, blemished.
@hankstaarIf I workout in the morning, around 7 AM, how do I incorporate fasting as I need to get some food in within an hour of my workout ?
@raghavkapoor1120"i take the pen, thats on my night stand," and rip the fuck out of it.
@Ejaycs2breakfast is not healthy?
@ANSHU_RAJBHAR17It’s interesting how quiet messages stick
@キクチトシユキ-v2fThis video just changed my personality. I’m educated now.
@jorgegalindes-x4dThis needs to be copyright stricken. "How I..." (plus literally only his face on the video) implies this is from Huberman...it's not - it's clipped.
@FilipSinjerI live in samara, russia and I don’t have sunlight in the morning.
@Tanishkgupta2003Consistency is key to achieve your potential.
@wellbodisaloneCan it still be considered fasting if all I drink is either 1 glass of milk or protein shake in the morning and then have lunch at 12:00 PM
@Destronacjust do things like our ancestor did
@yesgaseno-gase-5930At 10::00 i die from Hunger or kill someone. To be social I have to eat early. Shurely before leaving the house.
@nilsgutenberg313I wake up at 5:00 and 5 minutes later my 3 kids wake up. After only one of them wakes up nothing else for me to do is possible until tje last of them would be over 4 years or maybe more.
Having kids and the carework they require is totally underrated.
In my 20s without kids I had a great 90 minutes Routine. Did sports 3 times a week. If you care for your kids, be there. No Kindergarden before 2,5 years. I know what I tell you I work in a Kindergarden...
Fasting in the morning gives me terrible heartburn and makes me rude and groggy/dizzy
@jacobtalucciWaking at 7AM is way too late.
