science based routines always hit harder because you know there’s actual logic behind the habits 👏

@shraddha_koli

This actually makes morning routines feel logical not just random habits💯

Dood you actually just call WALKING “forward ambulation”?….

forward ambulation in the morning is underrated. when your eyes move laterally while walking it activates bilateral processing that reduces amygdala reactivity. that is why a morning walk genuinely calms anxiety - it is not woo, it is actual neuroscience. the body leads the mind more than most people realize

@Olimp-Motivation_History
@

the forward ambulation point is underrated. walking specifically in the morning shifts the brain from threat-detection mode to goal-pursuit mode. dopamine orientation changes direction. been adding one short read from Olimp Motivation to this - stories of people who built something from scratch. 5 minutes of movement plus one story, better than any supplement stack

@Olimp-Motivation_History
@

your brain actually learns from other peoples experiences through mirror neurons. started reading success stories every morning with Olimp Motivation from the appstore, helps set the right mindset

If I workout in the morning, around 7 AM, how do I incorporate fasting as I need to get some food in within an hour of my workout ?

This needs to be copyright stricken. "How I..." (plus literally only his face on the video) implies this is from Huberman...it's not - it's clipped.

Can it still be considered fasting if all I drink is either 1 glass of milk or protein shake in the morning and then have lunch at 12:00 PM

I wake up at 5:00 and 5 minutes later my 3 kids wake up. After only one of them wakes up nothing else for me to do is possible until tje last of them would be over 4 years or maybe more.
Having kids and the carework they require is totally underrated.

In my 20s without kids I had a great 90 minutes Routine. Did sports 3 times a week. If you care for your kids, be there. No Kindergarden before 2,5 years. I know what I tell you I work in a Kindergarden...
