for hand tutorials (and this is just a personal preference), i would recommend you draw a rectangle, a triangle half the side of the rectangle, and another longer triangle on the other side. one triangle, the smaller one, can be used as a guide to connect the thumb with the rectangle (palm/backside), while the longer triangle is seen as the "meat" of the palm or sometimes the bone of the pinky.

as perspective changes (such as to the side), the rectangle can go 3d and the triangles can have their shape change like a pyramid with the tip as the connection joint between the thumb and hand.

once again, this is just a tip i self-learned and therefore only a personal preference

REMEMBER! if you hate forcing yourself to learn, forget about that and let the hour skip till later you can go to any medias where you can see those arts you desire to have, the anatomy which made you focused on it and also having the desire to learn and thinks that you can really learn by learning anatomy, thats what i do! I hope anyone understands me? I have been seeing alot of artworks that i really love and i much been focusing on how they drew the poses, its like its making me want to learn
