A terrifying presence to any opposition, standing at 6'4" (193 cm) tall, the Norwegian wonderkid inherited the dogged work ethic of his footballing father (Alf-Inge) and burst onto the scene as a 'manchild' 15 year old at Bryne FK. Haaland then moved to Molde, before transferring to Red Bull Salzburg, where he became only the second teenager in UEFA Champions League history to score in each of his first three appearances in the competition. It was not long before Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund pounced, and Haaland established himself as one of the deadliest strikers in Europe. Now his tour of devastation continues at Manchester City. We went to Norway to learn more about his roots.

I didnt grow up a fan of this sport i had a chance to watch him live in america in 2025 and instantly became a fan of haaland. To find out on top of that hes such a humble kid is incredible.

He's won the premier League, the champions league, other cups, golden boots, and he's been a contender for the balón dor, having almost won it in 2023. He's broken many records within that time. Right now, he has 32 goals in 20 appearances. He's led Norway to their first ever world cup since 1998, defeating Italy, a world cup winner in the process. He's now considered to be one of the best players in the world, and the deadliest striker in football. I guess his dream eventually came true.
