The voice is really not bad man. But after listening for 3 minutes i feel something sounds or feels off, i cant describe it but i think its still too robotic over this pereod of time

As a French guy, I think this video is the best tutorial I've ever seen, but as for the last part on AI dubbing, I can tell you that the result sounds just as “AI” as YouTube's automatic dubbing. At least for the French voice.
