As per ayurveda, the behaviour of stool in water is indicative of health
Sama Purisha (Sinks): If the stool sinks, it suggests the presence of Ama (undigested toxins), indicative of poor digestion or metabolic waste.
Nirama Purisha (Floats): If the stool floats, it indicates Nirama (well-digested, healthy) stools.
The "ker-plunk" that I heard in my mind at the end, is frying me. Lol. 😂 The human body is incredible.
@mellymetanoia2851I have recently started having very long and thin poos which my husband is not pleased about as he thinks they do not look "aesthetically pleasing" when he inspects them.
