When Evil Lurks, if you are confused why the Man listens to the child, I believe it is because the Demonic Possession is so strong that it can influence even a grown man with no afflictions. I think it was showing the Demon's power level was ultimate, which I believe the rest of the ending supports. Especially in a birth, a large amount of energy would be released.

Session 9 might be the most criminally underrated psychological horror movie of all time. The questions it leaves you with are like the spirits of the asylum itself. Solid 4/5 star movie.

Session 9 is remarkable. Brad Anderson is my fave Anderson making movies. He also did Next Stop Wonderland, Happy Accidents, The Machinist, transsiberian, Beirut, The Call, and the Masters of Horror episode Sounds Like...plus many more.

Session 9 is SO GREAT. Really great actors, super creepy. The line "Hello, DOC" is one of the scariest lines I've ever heard in a horror movie. It's a little confusing, so it's worth more than one watch.

I would consider Zodiac a sub genre of horror. Not like oooOOOOgh spooky horror but still horror in that the subject matter is horrific.

Thora channels comments section is full of simps. Zodiac is not a horror film, nor are movies likewise Prisoners/Seven as some have indicated. A disturbing premise dues not equate to a horror film. All to happy too block this channel.

In Argentina we are fighting against our far-right government trying to destroy our cinema so i think is pretty cool that our movies are being talked about by foreign people. Also i recommend all of you to check out more latin-american horror movies such as "historia de lo oculto", "Al morir la matinée", 'la virgen de la tosquera"

Session 9 is an awesome one

The choice of no music plus the terrifying sound design is what makes the Zodiac park murder scene so visceral. The thumping stabs paired with the killer’s grunting and the victims’ screams makes you cringe like you’re the one getting knifed in the gut.

The main character of when evil lurks is not smart at all wtf. The whole tragedy of the film happens because he fucked up and brought that shit home with him where it could destroy his family

Awww man, I've already seen all these. When Evil Lurks is one of my favourites from recent history. Almost non stop for two acts. Inspired me to coin the phrase "Catholic horror" a kind of supernatural religious based horror that only tends to come from Hispanic countries, including Spain.

I didn't find zodiac very scary and I actually lost interest while watching it.
