"Everyone's using it." My God, that's what drug addicted young people say!! Now the Housewives of Whereever are using that excuse to go on Ozempic??? I'm diabetic and I won't use it. I have a history of colitis and IBS. It could be too dangerous for me. Not worth the risk.

Without changes in lifestyle, i.e. eating, sleeping, exercising, women gain an average of 6 to 20 pounds in weight during menopause.
Unfortunately, due to the changing ratio of female and male hormones (testosterone does not increase, but estrogen decreases), this weight gain is mainly visible on the abdomen, waist circumference, chest, upper arms, etc. In other words, the figure loses its female "hourglass silhouette". The center of gravity moves from the hips to the abdomen and upper body (if you were overweight before menopause it's much less noticeable). Starting with menopause, it becomes increasingly difficult for women to maintain weight, let alone lose it. That's why I always have to laugh when celebrities justify weight loss with menopause. Doctors recommend changing eating habits and incorporating at least moderate but regular exercise into everyday life.
Conclusion: when women in show business reach the "magic" age of 45 to 50 years, a merciless battle for the figure and the skin begins (the production of hyaluron, collagen and elastin decreases faster and faster, the pores enlarge, the skin becomes flabby, etc.). We should be a little more lenient with those who seek help from prescription drugs and cosmetic surgery, because it's almost impossible to delay VISIBLE AGING after menopause!

I believe that people say that it's cheating because it is done the easy and fast way. I myself am on a getting healthy journey but I want to do it naturally. Trust me, I know about being small and about being big. Before I got married and had children, I was around 115 pounds, but after, I was close to 200 pounds and I am only 5'2. So I know what it feels like to go up and down. What I have learned with weight is that, we were not born overweight so it's a certain lifestyle that can get us there and it's overeating. If we don't eat in moderation and move our bodies the right way, we are going to gain weight. So I have had to learn to eat better and I also found out that just doing cardio, walking, or running, will not help you lose a lot of weight and keep it off. Those things are good, but you have to incorporate strength training. Strength training is key to really getting your body healthy and strong. I have done that by using a rebounder, weighted vest and I also use a vibration plate to help with blood circulation and lymphatic drainage and it has transformed my body like never before, especially the rebounder. This is how I choose to get fit because I can't see myself taking shots or doing diets the rest of my life, besides I don't want the negative side effects. I hope this encourages someone to lose weight slowly, the natural way. 💯❤️🙏🏼

This drug is a miracle for diabetics with lots of problems. I got on Mounjaro and I’ve lost 90 pounds. I’m now 140 pounds. It saved my life . All my bloodwork is now normal and my endocrinologist said I don’t have to see her anymore . Before this I was at stoke stage . Now I have energy and feel like a regular person . ❤❤❤

I found this to be very interesting because I don't normally pay attention to the worlds definition of healthy. I think Kelly and Ariana, was the most shocking..and concerning. Thanks for the analysis and update....

Skinny is finally back ! Done with the phony " body positivity" .
@maryv-x7bUK 🇬🇧 London
@ElizabethSaint-sx5frThese are good for those that are actually obese…but those that are normal or have only a little to lose? Bad, looks terrible.
@indyaamour8746Most of these people ore pretentious toadeaters.
@karen.yeskaren.1611Lizzo took control of her health. Unlike the others who did not necessarily need it. Meghan Trainor too, Kathy Bates, Rosie, Oprah all who have had weight problems nearly all their life.
@bdmbpm1467Celebrities have gave these medications a bad name they should not be using them
@bowen7709Do these drugs make you have no appetite so you don’t eat? If so, how do you maintain nutrition? All I’ve seen are people who look sickly, not better!
@marciabonk2533Next it will be cutting off limbs to lose weight….yikes!
@marciabonk2533Mostly, it’s from pure vanity, not healthy weight
@marciabonk2533If you can afford these drugs you can afford to get nutrition advice and a gym membership
@romo5070I can't wait I just started Trizepatide ❤🙌🏾 Who cares why someone wants to lose weight.🙄 To look good, feel good and do things that you couldn't do being overweight. 😮 Some people go too far being overweight and some people go too far being skinny with or without meds. 🙄
@sandrasmith917Oprah looks great!
@dancetime4532Holly weird has always had a major dependency on quick fixes to look good for the public for decades this is who these medications were made for.
@forall2hearYou're almost there just a few doses more!!!!
@RayCook-n8fI see heroin chic is back! 😂
@Mehki227The oldest daughter of Ozzy, Amy is clearly also on the stuff, seen her during his memorial when the were greeting the fans. All 3 look ill except for Jack.
@Tommy2ToniConclusion.. have a banana for breakfast a nice salad with lot's of veges for lunch and a lovely piece of pork and mash and green beans and pumpkin for dinner.. yoghurt for desert. Good luck and you are allowed to a drink every night and a piece of chocky too
@FleurGenouxOh no not Melisa McCarthy too? What a Shame
@FleurGenouxIronic that everyone chubbier strives to be thin but they were better when fat.. and they will not ever be that again only an undernourished alien
@FleurGenouxSo sad about Amanda Bynes she was so super cute and healthy and fun
@FleurGenouxIn the early 2000's Lindsay Nicole Richie etc all looked like Skelton's but that was drugs. Meth.. they're all healthy again now and have family's.. but I don't think the damage from chemically forcing yourself to be thin will be irreversible. It'll just send you to an early grave. And possibly cancer it looks so toxic just viewing the weight loss they're are displaying with this poison
@FleurGenouxTheyre hollywood girls they can afford to do what they want.personally if i could afford it id use it to bump start my weight loss, but i would use it in conjunction with regular exercise and learning how to stick to a better diet and healthier lifestyle changes, things i could get into a routine and be able to keep the healthier lifestyle changes going after stopping the medication. Using it as a booster to change your lifestyle and get healthier im all for, but ongoing use of it and using it for vanity and getting hooked on it and then going to the other extreme (a walking skeleton) im not on board with.
@adyferguson3846The "Skeletal Ghoulie Clown" look. 💉 🤡 🩻 💀 💄 💊 This chaser trend of Ozempic for cosmetic use is such a bizarre finale in Hollyweird "procedures". It follows the usual drastic face lifts/jaw bone shaving surgeries, dental veneers/ blue white bleaching craze coupled with Botox. Then the newer blow up fillers. Add Drag style makeup, wigs, camera filters, zany outfits, just the right amount of denial/victimization and voila. The freaky look is complete. Very strange trend.
@orion8835Thes drugs are for diabetics and these people are NOT diabetic just vain. WHO are the doctors giving these drugs out didn’t they learn their lesson with OxyContin?
@starrosborne7839I think they all look great! Except Ariana Grande.
@malaynajordanWhy would anyone trust Oprah? She is evil. Whoopi evil. Hollyweirdos are killing themselves.
@smitchell3411Fool's dreams usually end bad
@smitchell3411Not "They" but "It" goes to Pilates - skittle bearded Boy/Girl!!
@Giselle-kc2uyShe is a big liar how can you believe her??
@jayneormberg2353Who is they Johnathan??
