You can eat the very best and yet still become very ill if you become a victim of microwave weapons. Sudden spikes in blood pressure, dizziness, and cold feet are classic signs that the body is having circulation problems and tension in the blood vessels. This doesn’t necessarily mean the heart alone is the issue. When blood pressure rises unexpectedly, it often indicates that the body is struggling with excess fats in the bloodstream.

The cause isn’t stress, but the condition of the blood vessels and thickened blood, which is largely influenced by diet. Everything we eat eventually ends up in the blood.

Consuming salt causes the body to retain water, increasing blood volume. This means the blood must pass through vessels under higher pressure, which can damage them and reduce their elasticity. Fatty foods make the blood thicker, slowing its flow and causing pressure changes. When circulation slows, the feet become cold because blood isn’t reaching them adequately.

The body then sends signals that blood flow isn’t free and the heart must pump harder to maintain circulation. When blood becomes thinner, it flows more easily through the vessels, and the heart no longer needs to raise blood pressure. Blood pressure stabilizes within a few weeks, and the coldness in the feet disappears as circulation returns to normal, especially with physical activity.

Blood pressure fluctuations aren’t a disease; they are a consequence of clogged or tense blood vessels relative to what we eat. The goal shouldn’t be just to lower blood pressure with medication, but to address the root cause of the spikes.

Foods that increase blood thickness include meat, processed meats, milk and dairy products, eggs, and foods with added fats. Even oils labeled as healthy or cold-pressed behave like pure fat in the body and make the blood thicker, just like animal fats. Under their influence, the blood becomes denser and stickier, and over time the vessel walls lose elasticity.

All processed foods that combine sugar and fat—such as cakes, pastries, chocolate, and fast food—don’t just create blood fat but also encourage plaque buildup in the vessels, which can eventually lead to blockage, high blood pressure, or heart and stroke events.

Even if your blood tests appear normal, it doesn’t necessarily mean your circulation is healthy. Laboratory tests often don’t show early stages of thickened blood or the beginning of weakened flow. The most important indicator is how you feel. When blood pressure is stable and your feet are warm, circulation is working properly.

When the blood becomes thinner, blood pressure drops naturally without medication because the heart no longer needs to pump harder.

Namaskar Sir, my mother is 59 years old and she keeps having hyper systolic blood pressure (145-160/75-80) while she takes regular BP medicine (stamlo t- *telmisartan ip 40mg & eq. to amlodipine 5 mg) and also takes thyroid medicine. What should be done so that her BP can become normal?

About 4 years ago, I fell into a very inactive lifestyle. Started working from home. I smoke and have a generalized anxiety disorder. About a week and a half ago, I started getting intermittent heart palpitations for days. Finally went to ER and by BP was 209/125 and pulse was 130. I felt horrible. Thank God all test results (BNP, blood panel, chest x-ray) came back normal other than some ST wave abnormality. Prescribed Metoprolol to level down.

Started a smoking succession program and taking meds for 1st time tomorrow. Starting a daily light exercise program as well. I never knew how being inactive can break you down.

For the last 5 years my dentist, primary physician, and the automated readers at Walmart etc were reading my BP as crazy high.. like 160/90 ,180/110, and even a 210/102.. I was pretty sure I was going to have to go on medication or have a stroke.. I went in for a surgery, and the docs said my BP was 117/77..? I was shocked? They said I had large arms and used the larger cuffs and the others were using the medium cuffs and really throwing off the readings.. MAKE SURE THEY ARE USING THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT!

If we look back into the history of blood pressure readings always the important reading was the diastolic not to systolic. In fact there is no real evidence that the systolic is anything but artificial, created by a tourniquet effect on the brachial artery. Diastolic pressure was understood to reflect the baseline pressure in the arteries during the heart’s resting phase (diastole), closely tied to vascular resistance and arterial tone. Clinicians saw it as a key indicator of the state of the circulatory system, particularly in conditions like arteriosclerosis or hypertension. A diastolic pressure above 90–100 mmHg was considered a stronger indicator of cardiovascular risk than systolic pressure. To this day there is no real evidence that systolic hypertension is dangerous. It can be caused by our emotions, going up a flight of stairs, or doing leg squats at the gym, etc,. How is this heart disease? On the other hand, if your diastolic is 80 mmHg or below don't pay attention to what the pill mill says. They are trying to make a buck. Also keep in mind that 51.7 mmHg equals one psi.
