I have lived in Connecticut all my life. I used to drive through the area after my regular work to volunteer in Hartford. So glad the police investigation removed the predator from murdering other women. Great investigative work, with the assist of DNA, removed this man from society.

He lived with my family on an off for years. I'm still traumatized from some of my experiences from those days. He would say he had to go take care and weed his garden all the time. Not many people know this but he had a second van. He drove it a while until it no longer ran then kept it behind big y in torrington and used it as a second home. Eventually it turned into a parts van. Even witnessed him from across a parking lot hit one of the girls in the head. Few days later he came back and told us that he brought her to the er and that she was ok. I was only about 13 at the time. Its crazy how in front of others he wouldn't even swear in the presence of woman and if one of us kids would swear he would get mad at us and make us apologize. But then one on one he was completely opposite. There's still so much more to this story and possibly more. He spent a lot of time behind where big y used to be (now lowes) and thats where i saw what i saw and i don't think he drove back to new Britain.

Back in 1998 he use to stay on beaver st in New Britain across from the once use to be the blue house yo me in my cousins beat him in his sleep, he was a serious drunk that he would sleep naked. Yo we beat him up cause my man father was getting high all night with him spending up all his mom rent money, crazy part bout it was we was the one selling to him unknown he was killing every prostitute on Lafayette St . I truly feel for all the first responders who go to the locations where these poor people are found after being so cruelly unalived. Having to look for disturbances in dirt, brush etc would make it impossible to go camping with family, friends, kids, knowing someone had been foung in a campsite etc.
