While practicing the tricks of the trade, a neophyte "hacker" accomplishes the nearly impossible: he hacks the highly secured computer at the Ellingson Mineral Corporation. Unabashedly one of my fav films of all time. It's filled with impish levity and is poignantly dated by virtue of its strong early 90s atmosphere and visual motifs, which make it so much fun to either watch intently or have on in the background. Anyone got any other good 90s flicks like that, films that are just kinda "feel good" and go with the fly energies?

@brankajovanovic9363The nostalgia of this movie is so good. I can remember the way computers smelled and the tactile feel of computer disks. No constant text messages or spam calls. The games were exciting and new with something new and fresh coming out soon. I remember watching this movie in the late 90s in high school in my computer programming class. I still have some of my programs on a 3.5" floppy disk from that era. Even the labels on the disks were premium quality. I have all 3 CDs of the soundtrack they made for this movie. Also, Voodoo People is the perfect song for playing Star Wars Racer too.

@AmiUnhingedIf you remember the main theme of this movie was this guy wanted to sink boats by hacking into them. So today foolishly shipping companies want to use AI to manage their cargo which can be hacked and sunk. This movie was WAY ahead of its time.
