@lewislambert4590The restaurant is right by our house! I'm so glad to see they have upgraded their menu as the restaurant was not that great before (but obviously they thought it was by their prices). Their sides were dreadful too. But, as Dallas has so many BBQ restaurants unless your food is worth the premium price, folks go elsewhere. So, I'm glad to see this upgrade of their food. We plan to report back after trying it.

@theduke651He's a pro he mixed a duxelles into the chopped brisket. He mixed french cuisine with texas bbq. The cheese is good but he could just use cooper sharp. It won't be the same but it will be good.
