Gamers 2008-2024: GTA IV sucks, the driving is terrible, missions are boring and repetitive, and I don’t want to go bowling with Roman.

Gamers 2018-present: RDR2 is amazing, let me go shave, feed and brush my horse, clean guns, buy groceries, help with chores around camp, trail ride for 30 minutes, and fish for another 30. It’s so “immersive.”

Having the rag doll mechanics made it insanely more fun than any GTA before it. I can’t even go back to San Andreas as good as it is for that reason.

25:29 One that I can still picture and hear in my head to this day is early in the game, Niko's response to Mrs. Faustin questioning his lack of concern about souls and faith. He gets a look on his face, almost sighs, and says matter-of-factly:

"After you walk into a village, and you see fifty children, all sitting neatly in a row against the church wall, each with their throats cut and their hands chopped off, you realize that the creature that could do this doesn't have a soul."

Still a line that sticks with me to this day, and I haven't revisited the game in well over a decade.

It was great on console. I used to and still get frustrated with it on PC.

GTA IV has been one of my favorites, and watching this video has helped me in reflecting upon my faith journey. Despite feeling stuck in this sinful cycle, pressing to sin as a way of "escaping" my struggles of reality's pressure, execution of evil is never going to fulfill enough to relieve me. There is a better Way. 🙏🏾👀

4 is definitely underrated , I haven’t played vice city so it’s hard to rank but I would put 4 over 5.

Dwayne might be the realest character in gta. I genuinely didn’t want to kill him and I genuinely wanted to be his friend.
I felt genuinely heartbroken for him that he couldn’t stay in playboys apartment because he felt too guilty

I always liked to drive well in every GTA games because I knew it would make me better at the game overall since you're driving most of the time.
Ngl, to me the people who criticized the driving physics are just bad at driving in games and nothing will change my mind.

42:57 okay, little rant. Why couldn't we get the Zastava M70 instead of the ak? Yes i know its a copy of the ak, but it fits perfectly with niko! Zastava is a weapons manufacturer in yugoslavia and when yugoslavia became many countries, it became a Serbian manufacturer that i still think is in business!!!
