How am I supposed to run down my street and record the street sign and run back film my computer film my tools under 2 mins? Like what????

How do I do it if I don't have a sign or owt

I cant find where it says: Get verify. My logo picture has a verify symbol, so am I already verify? But when I Google I am not high in the search, that is what I want. Can you help me?

i can only verify on my laptop so this means walking around with a laptop?

It still makes no sense to me and its the 2 min time frame.....so you want me to go down to the end of my street start recording my street sign and then run back to my house (which im running my biz out of) which will prob take me over a minute to get to, show my address number, show the biz name displayed on a sign, show me unlocking the door, show my workstation and tools and business cards etc......well thats all impossible for me to do in a 2 min frame. Maybe I`ll call the Flash and he can speed run it all for me?

Our Google business name is our "Doing Business As" business name, but our documents to prove our business is our official legal name. How do we get around that?

I’ve been struggling with Google for MONTHS! I get it the part to make the video, but when I press make the video…nothing happens! 🤬🤬🤬

I came here in a panic, wanting to ensure I am doing it 100% and to avoid getting stuck in a loop with Google. I have been on GMB for at least 15 years!. Today, I added a category that we are expanding, and... BAM💥 🔴NEEDS VERIFICATION 🔴.

I got on my phone and started at the corner with a street sign, walking across the parking lot to the main pylon signage of the plaza, which featured my business, then the door and building signage. I then showed that the door was locked, slightly panned the camera to avoid showing my code, typed in the keypad, and unlocked the door. I also made sure to point and add minimal comments as I noted the items I was showing.

It was approved within 2 hours.

I did this entire process step by step with my storefront location. I showed myself opening our office door and showing the relative equipment. A day later I got a response saying "Google requires additional info to verify that you manage this business." What does that mean? Do I need to show LLC and DBA documents in the video?

When I try to verify that evil QR code appears, and when I read it, the process starts all over from the begining, I never get to the recording camera, someone can help me?

Is there a more streamlined or scalable option to manage location verification for businesses with a large number of outlets—such as 1,000 or more? Additionally, is there a dedicated Google support channel we can contact to help simplify or expedite this process?

I'm a service provider working out of my home at a rural address and it takes more than 5 minutes to drive down the road to see the nearest street sign. I keep getting rejected because of this but I don't know what else I can do and can't seem to find a real person at google to talk to.

The problem with my business is that the building is far away from the street. Walking from a street sign to my business will already take about 5 minutes. Google did not approve my video and suspended my account

Problem is, the stop button to stop the video doesn‘t work. Checking with Google Support, they don‘t answer.

I’ve uploaded the required video twice (5 mins long), showing everything Google asks for — our sign outside the building, inside the clinic room, treatment setup, and proof that I represent the business. We’re a verified clinic trading under a company within another business premises. Still no progress and Google just keeps repeating the same requests. Any advice? the profile says upload video verification but the case is still open and being reviewed by google too.

My problem with a video verification is I own a driving school but my physical or home address is 40kms away from my service area meaning the location will not match. If I enter my home address as my location, my business won't show in searches in the actual location I operate.

We are an NGO and noticed a spelling mistake in our name as it appears on Google Chrome. We are also facing issues with video verification. Around 15 years ago, one of our associates created the website, and at that time, we were unaware of how Google listings worked. Unfortunately, there is a one-letter spelling mistake in our organization’s name.
