I have never flown gliders with the device that indicates the rate of climb. I forgot the equipment's name. Although it's very useful, for sure, I tell you that flying a glider without that beeping noise is wonderful!

Your flight feels like touching them.
7:30 - you call the upwinds "Thermal" (Thermik). Is this a correct term? Here the updrift is cause by terrain and is not a thermic effect.

@kostasvkAwesome flight and video Christopher! I flew at Aosta and Valpelline in 1989 and once achieved 8,3 km altitude and got my diamond. The high mountains always give that extra dimension and experience compared to soaring over flatlands. Your video gives me that thrill again. 😊Question: could you tell or show what type of camera (360?) you use and how you mounted it? I am really curious how you do this. Thanks in advance!
