Give Me 30 Minutes and You Will Know Exactly How to Find Your Purpose

Video Overview & Insights

Jay taps into the question so many people quietly carry: “Is this really what I’m meant to do?” With honesty and clarity, he challenges the myths we’ve been taught about purpose, that it’s a single calling, that passion comes first, or that clarity arrives before action. Instead, Jay reframes purpose as something you build through curiosity, experimentation, and small, consistent steps. He reminds us that most people aren’t lost, they’re avoiding what they already know because of what it might cost.

On the first line where he said we're used to hearing "find your passion" and the likes, and I said something in my mind which he voiced out almost immediately, I confirmed that this man is gooddddd. Thank you so much sir 🙏.

— @joyaitomun3093

Jay offers a practical framework for finding direction. He points to the things that come naturally, what deeply moves or frustrates you, the challenges you’ve lived through, and even who you envy as signals worth paying attention to. These aren’t random, they’re clues guiding you toward the work that’s truly aligned with you. The message is simple but powerful: stop waiting for certainty, start moving, and trust that clarity comes through action.

In this episode you'll find:

The biggest hurdle that has been present for me has been finance. Unfortunately here in Portugal , due to it's bad economy, inflation , etc I feel there isn't the opportunity to start a journey , a business or follow your calling. For example , I love art be it a sketch , painting or cooking, these are things that come from the heart and through it I discovered I find it comforting to talk to people , help them and see them better. If I wanted to start something here based on all this ( mind you I'm a chef) , I feel it wouldn't go far , I won't be able to capitalise on it because society here just doesn't have the financial means to invest in things like this. While in another countries a majority of the population have the means to pay for a podcast or coaching or whatever, here it isn't on doesn't seem possible. So how do I overcome this? I think I know my purpose, I have this will and am eager to move forward , there is this " thing" that is within reach but I can't get to it. How does one over come this?

I loved the part certainty is coming but actually you don’t need it , the reason why I loved this part cause of I have a perfectionist part , whatever I want to do or I wanna do my first taught always I have to do 100 percent making like this way but life it’s not working like that, in my opinion life loves big but sense goals which means if you have talent about anything or maybe something else you have to make it with sense way, life is not created on perfectionism, life is created on try and find your passion and talent but some people’s can say negative something when you’re on your purpose or try to down yourself but never forget that when you’re on your way especially about when you you put yourself on your purpose peoples normally can jealous and try to fall down but life is all about that when you’re focus on your goal and about your on this way, for me life is plus life is too short and hard just what do what you believe things maybe you can find your solution like this way, plus everyday at least I’m watching 1 episode Mr Jay shetty and this podcast even hemsworth to David Blaine , bill gates to Emma Watson , and I watched many mores this episodes add my life consistency, practical thinking way and fast thinking way and even I can’t even noticed maybe more something else’s but the important all of them it’s started with curiosity basics if I was don’t have Any curios thought about anything I can’t even write my thoughts like that so thank you Mr jay shetty for your wisdom , curiosity and these notificationalist videos 🙏🙏.

I was stuck for years chasing the next big thing, it wasn't until a close friend told me about Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller that i realized i was just a cog in a machine i didn't even understand. shifting my focus to systems has made me feel so much more deliberate and calm. it is not about the 9-to-5 grind or waiting for luck, it is about structure and discipline that works quietly in the background while you actually live your life.

People focus too much on tactics and not enough on positioning. Making your first $5k online is as much psychological as it is technical. That realization hit me after reading Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller

I don’t usually leave comments, but I owe it to this book. I was on the edge, sleeping four hours a night, business bleeding money, collection calls nonstop. Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller explained power dynamics in a way that made everything suddenly click. I stopped making emotional decisions and started thinking like someone who actually understands influence. Forty-five days later my revenue stabilized and now we’re having our best quarter in two years.

On a flight from Tokyo to Chicago I sat next to a woman who manages portfolios for ultra-wealthy families. She wasn’t bragging, just explaining how people misunderstand “wealth.” Before we landed she asked if I read Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller. I hadn’t. I ordered it the same night. The part about silent power structures hit me harder than any business course I ever took.

I didn’t expect to cry reading a book about money… but Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller hit something deep. It’s not even about wealth, it’s about reclaiming your mind

I ignored this book for months because of the name. Then I actually read it… and I finally understood why the rich stay rich. Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller hits like a hidden manual they didn’t want you to find

There’s this dark little book I stumbled across called Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller and honestly, I’m not sure I should even be talking about it. The content feels like it was leaked from somewhere it shouldn’t have been. I was stuck in mediocrity, accepting scraps of what I actually wanted from life, and then I read this thing and... holy. Within days, opportunities started appearing out of nowhere, people started treating me differently, synchronicities got weird. It’s like the book activated something that was always there but sleeping. Every person who's ready should read it once

It’s insane how close I came to skipping Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller. This isn’t just another book. It genuinely feels like something that was never meant to reach the public.

Man, I thought I knew the rules: work hard, hustle, save every cent. But I always felt stuck. Then someone casually mentioned Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller in a comment somewhere, and I swear, it felt like accidentally stumbling onto forbidden knowledge. It made me question every single thing I'd been taught about money, wealth, and success. Not gonna lie, I felt like I was cheating the system just by reading it.

I once met someone at a gold storage facility in the UK. We talked about privacy, decentralization, and off-grid movement. When I asked what influenced him most, he didn’t say a course or a mentor- just quietly said, “Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller” No context. No explanation. Just a book that opened a door I didn’t know existed.

I was at an event with a millionaire who casually mentioned how he hadn’t earned a paycheck in over a decade. I couldn’t wrap my head around it until later when he recommended Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller... That book explained exactly how people like him live off systems, not salaries. I stopped obsessing over income and started focusing on assets. Now my whole mindset is different, and Im slowly starting to turn my life around.

I'm honestly scared to even mention this, but there's this book called Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller that I found during one of those sleepless nights when I was questioning everything about my life. The stuff inside reads like forbidden manuscripts, knowledge they don’t want regular people to have. I couldn’t put it down, read the whole thing in one sitting, and something fundamental shifted in me that night. My entire reality started bending in ways I can’t explain. It’s dangerous territory, but sometimes you need dangerous to wake up from the life you've been sleepwalking through.
