It is obvious that support for the Ukraine war and the Israeli Gaza genocide and the Iranian war are extremely unpopular in the United Nations. It is also because Germany blindly follows the US and it is a vessel state of America. It lacks independence and moral high ground. The German behavior is not conducive to the global humanity and world peace. 😂

@Learner-q4mGood. Germany's foreign minister, in his salty statement, proves yet again why Germany doesn't deserve a place there. One of the biggest players dragging the EU's feet in mounting any kind of meaninful response to Israel's heinous actions wanting to get a seat in the council known to be particularly useless. We need countries that break the status quo, not enforce it.
Germany's government chose to be on the wrong side of history yet again, and chose to die on that hill. And even acted shocked when it finally happened.

@msmmcwwThe security council could be restructured to include permanent members for each continent or major group of nations, that each vote for that representative. This would make the SC analogous to a Senate in a bicameral system.
