i spent about 90 minutes on mulitple sites and apps and gave up, you will have to get IBAN as payment or you are taking risk of uncancellable ticket.

Hello DW Travel Team: I have a question. I am from a foreign country and plan to visit Germany my first time. Once I purchased this D-Ticket on one of the German Transport App, do I just show the QR code to the Train Conductors, Bus Drivers, Tram & U-bahn staff once I boarded on all these public transportations? Do I need to show my passport along with the D-Ticket QR code every time to the staff or just the D-ticket? Thank you very much. 😀

@bellillyDewayne Mountains
@MauriceMerry-u9lWith this ticket, will the travel be free for regional trains or discounted throughout the month?
@shobhnasachdeva5415Did we can travel from Berlin to Munich using this ticket?
@kalinogaming5696Can this ticket be used on EC171 or so from Dresden to Prague , by DB? It is it limited to the borders of Germany??
@NoOne-fe8qtBut I understand you need a German bank account for this which may not be possible for tourists.
@Fitat50andbeyondNot very interesting for a few days visitors.
For those passengers even the very expensive Norway is far cheaper!!
Hi I’m travelling in Germany with my 7 year old boy for the Euros fly into weeze through to Wuppertal and back is it worth getting the 49 euro ticket
@BJK1690Well, I loved the 9 Euro ticket. I brought my Mum to the coast at Wernermunde, and we had an amazing time. I just managed to get the 49 D-Ticket through an App. I'm sure I'll enjoy the benefits, but it is kind of pricey. Will try to make the most of it.
@brushfuseDo I need a separate ticket for a child 6 years old? Or there are better options?
@EldarKhaitovVery useful, thanks for sharing ❤❤ BTW I found an even bigger 5% discount on European railroads😂 Save a lot🤩lol
@EILEENZ0122And the train will never be on time.
@sjc4Auf deutsch übersetzen bitte

The 49 € subscription includes the shuttle buses to the airport?Thanks!
@andreicojocaru5812Hi can someone reply to me something?After the airport, do you have to walk a lot? until getting to a hotel? or center of the city etc.Can we call a cab/taxi? I can not take long walks.
@andreias5564Great initiative
@laurellejoseph4223This is only half information. No one can buy this subscription unless she has IBN [bank] that means you need a bank account in Germany or may be in EU. Otherwise tickets are very costly even a day ticket for ABC zone cost €11.40 and monthly cost more than €100 😯
@DhirajPatraThanks for sharing But Can I go to Berlin if buy Germany's 49-Euro Ticket ?
@bireshwarmitra2089I remember doing a similar venture in Poland on an extended holiday weekend with Polregio's 46 zł weekend ticket (then about 10 euro) and was able to travel half the country, staying at 1-star hotels. The whole 4-day vacation was under 100 euro total!
@A_Canadian_In_PolandHello, any tips on how to plan longer trips inside Germany but with trains that are included in the D-Ticket? DB website is not very friendly to do it, multiple sections trips are difficult to plan. Thanks!
@renato872-s8xCan anyone advise me on the €49 monthly subscription? I am from Scotland and will he in Germany for 3 weeks in June 2024. Some mention I need a German address, however other travvelers appear to have zero problems and used it without menrioning any issues.
If i do need a German address can I just insert any or do i need to recieve mail in the post to confirm?
I will be staying in Munich, Calonge, then Stuttgartbut traveling all over every day so be great to find some kind of pass
My friend from Canada did not have a European bank account. The Canadian postal code was not accepted on the app and therefore the Euro ticket could not be purchased.
@ziggy2723It took me 4 hours and 9 minutes from Frankfurt to Berlin. There's no need to change three trains. Just go direct. The best way to explore Germany is to buy a German pass, especially 1st class.
@BrusssssWhen you have the D-ticket , do you need to purchase tickets and later claim them you can use the to get tickets ?
@davidoff7879What a shame! You spoke so general! You did not show how we can use our Ticket-D on the mobile app DB local transportation!
@bachanamikaiaYay i live in Leipzig and finally someone makers a Video in leipzig
@DasBrot4Lukas!!! 😍😍😍🥰
@CrimsonFrostHi, is RE (regional express) trains are included in 49 euro ticket?
@redprint2007Mega caos 45€ train tickets summertrips😢
@srwagner324Hihi. Am residing in Singapore and have tried to purchase the 49 Euro Ticket. I have used Wise to create account to allow me to have IBAN and BIC digits. But I am stuck at the page where my home address is in Singapore which I can't key in. Is there anywhere to bypass
@辛福-m5lSo basically I can use the RE trains throughout the country to explore and enjoy for free!!
@AbhishekSingh-du5diDoes this d-ticket is good for going to trier from memmingen? If not, what should i use?
@hizirerdemuygunCan the 49 EUR ticket be used for travel from Stuttgart to Rhinefall ?
