That’s a bit OTT strapping fish to a pan lid, it would just fall apart. A dish in the bottom of the pan with water below it will steam nicely. And stop with the toothpaste, it’s for teeth too expensive for the pan lids etc. dish soap is all that’s needed in most kitchen cleaning cases. Don’t get me started on the shaving foam, what a mess to clean up and it never does what people claim. And aluminium foil …………………. Everyone else has said how crazy that is in the microwave so I don’t need to.

Never combine baking soda and vinegar together to clean. All you are doing is making expensive water as they neutralize each other and don’t clean.
