It would have been perfect if not for all the grooming and abuse and the pushover female lead who acted like it was normal to marry someone on demand and then be totally loyal to them. And the staff telling her her demented husband cared for her when they should have been smuggling her out of the country. Aside from that, it was wonderful.

And I'm sorry but Elaina is aggrevating but what can you expect from an immature child who has no backbone to stand up for herself. He cheats with her half sister, brings her back from whatever hole she called out of and flaunts their relationship in from of her and she still takes him back. Just GROSS
