Aight this might sound crazy but since the trailer dropped this remix off Strange Affairs is stuck in my head but I can't actually find a full version of it to listen to so I'm stuck listening to these voicelines when all I want is the song and the clocks lol if anyone knows one can you let me know? The most disappointing season of all history, you could literally just watch the first and last episode and skip all the rest, as absolutely nothing happened.

UH it started out really great! now it's annoyingly very boring to be honest

Synopsis: In Season Four, the closer the residents of town get to the answers they seek, the more terrifying their search becomes. Who is the Man in Yellow, and what does he want? Will Jade and Tabitha’s revelation be the key to finally going home? How much longer can Boyd hold the town together, even as his body and mind are falling apart? And what role will the town’s most recent arrival play in the events to come? Season Four will open doors that some in town will end up wishing had remained closed.

I think In the series, the original ritual involved eight children, not seven. Seven of them were sacrificed, but the eighth child, who is now the Boy in White, was not. This happened because, in a past life, Tabitha and Jade (possibly as their previous incarnations) refused to sacrifice their child, which caused the ritual to become incomplete and unbalanced. As a result, the souls of the seven sacrificed children became trapped, and the adults who participated in the ritual were cursed and turned into monsters, creating the endless loop of the town. The symbols seen on the talismans, which appear to be eight in number, support this idea of an incomplete ritual missing one key element.
In a previous cycle, Tabitha existed as Miranda, and her son was Victor, while in the present cycle, Tabitha’s son is Ethan, who is likely the reincarnation of the Boy in White. This suggests that the missing eighth child is carried forward through reincarnation across cycles. To truly complete the ritual, the system may require the sacrifice of this eighth child—meaning Victor in the past cycle and Ethan in the present one. This is why the Boy in White protects Victor, preventing the ritual from being completed. If Victor had died in the past, or if Ethan dies in the present, it could finally complete the ritual, leading either to the collapse or a full reset of the system, since the loop exists only because the ritual remains unfinished and unbalanced.
This could also explain why Sara was told to kill Ethan, as the voices might be pushing to complete the unfinished ritual by sacrificing the missing eighth child. If Ethan is the reincarnation of the Boy in White, then his death could fulfill the final requirement that was missing in the original ritual. Similarly, Jade may have started to understand this hidden truth across different cycles, and whenever he comes close to discovering or attempting to act on it, the system or the village prevents him. This could be why, in previous lives or cycles, Jade may have been killed by the village before he could complete or disrupt the ritual. The loop continues because the ritual remains incomplete, and both Ethan and Jade play crucial roles in either completing it or breaking it.

@mutenroshi6640Okkkk, time to wrap this up, it's the classic Lost dragging stuff out until we just get jaded enough to watch anything so long as it ends the misery. The characters are becoming literally templates with Boyd just asking questions while shocked "So... so... you're SAYING...", Kenny always moving from place to place to talk to someone, the old lady being stressed out and yelling, Jade being angry at how he can't figure it out and then having a revelation... The show should be renamed to Old. Wrap. It. Up.

The monsters appear less frequently than expected.
Character conflicts and relationship drama take up a large portion of episodes.
New mysteries are introduced faster than old ones which are unanswered.
Major questions about the town, the monsters, the symbols, the voices, and the supernatural rules remain largely unresolved. I think they will make a century of seasons and IMDb rating will fall from 7.8 to 1.8.
This series is becoming like the lost series...

@dkApolloLong story short: Don't waste your time with this show. Every episode wastes about 40 minutes going through nonsense with 5-10 minutes at the end with some mystery to draw back audience attention. Every episode is fulled with characters asking "What happened, is this person ok?", "Have you seen such and such person?", "I can't find this person", "I don't know but then I know", "I know but I don't want to tell you". Other times are filled with slow irrelevant character conversations. Just watch any Youtube recap and you're good. If you really want to watch it, watch it in 1.5x speed.
