FROM Season 4 Episode 8 Breakdown, Theories & Clues!

Whenever Kenny and Boyd have a conversation, I fast-forward. Same with Julie’s scenes. Boyd’s talks with the Father are the worst every single one feels completely unnecessary and super annoying.
The lesbian duos, Henry, that lady cop Sara constantly consoling everyone, Fatima’s scenes, Elgin… pretty much everything outside the main mystery is annoying. The core story is actually good, but they could have done it so much better.

Nothing happened.

3. Meet the man in yellow ... just chat
4. Boyd hallucinates ... What do you want???!!!
5. Victors dad ... nothing but filler
6. Man comes back from the dead, shall we talk about it? ... just burn him.

We haven't seen Julie and randal in entire ep 8 😮

Yo on the Roger being replaced by a newcomer idea, it would be perfect, new person shows up, everyone is immediately suspicious of them, if you've seen lost it's a storyline in that show too, Sophia could even try to frame them somehow

From is a stupid, frustrating show about nothing. Season 4 episode 8, and still nothing has happened and we are no closer to a final resolution to the story with only 2 episodes left in the series. This style of writing seeks to capture attention because people assume a story has to have an internal logic and an ending. But, like the enshittification of everything now, it doesn't serve any purpose than to capture attention for money without delivering anything of value to its audience. It is a vampiric show, sucking the time and life out of its audience and leaving us empty.

Maybe the monsters know about the totem plan via Fatima and Smileys connection

Jade and Tabitha dig out the bones of the children. Boyd and his team pull out the bottle tree and drop a rope ladder for them. The creatures can't seem to step into the light that is shining through the ceiling. 
The rope ladder breaks since Sophia cut a part of the rope. 

 Smiley kills Marielle

Sophia kills Elgin

 Sophia starts to collect all the talismans from every building.

 Donna takes Ethan and Julie to their house, and the possessed kitchen acts up again. 

Henry is convinced this is all in his mind, gets a gun from the sheriff's station, and tries to confront Victor, but Ethan interrupts them, and Henry drops his gun on the floor. 

 Boyd, Ellis and Fatima go into the caves to rescue Jade and Tabitha. 

 Fatima transforms into one of the creatures to fight them. 

Biw and Sophia walk to the faraway tree. Sophia comments about Biw growing up, (maybe suggesting he isn't as ancient as Miy). Biw says she's going to lose this time

Sophia throws all the talismans into the faraway tree.<!

I predict that in episode 10 Jade and Tabitha dig up the Angokeey children's bones.Boyd and his team will remove the tree and will put a rope so the team can exit the cavern.The creatures aren't able to step in the light that is coming from the ceiling.Sofia cuts the rope in order to prevent the team from escaping the cavern.Smiley will kill Marielle.Sophia will kill Elgin.Sophia then proceeds to collect all of the talismans from every building.Boyd, Ellis and Fatema go to the cavern in order to save the team trapped in ths cavern.Fatema then transforms into one of the creatures to fight them.Sophia and the BiY then head to the faraway tree.Sophia comments on the BiY growing up(suggesting he aint as ancient as the MiY).Sophia then throws all the talismans into the faraway tree

I knew it.... Like I said before TABITHA AND JADE sacrificed those kids for eternal life........ The cycle repeats because the MIY needs it to . No more sacrifices/kills means no more of HIM . ALSO it means that this would be Jade and Tabithas LAST RECARNATION cycle because no more sacrifices will be supplied . So what does he do ? Constantly brings them back so the cycle can repeat . Miranda Never got that close to clocking TEA so she died without realizing HER AND JADE are the roots of the problems . They sacrificed the kids . That's why no one else returns but THEM .

Is the tree on the road they run into the tree Jade is suggesting they cut down? if so they might have already done that in the past and didnt work

Besides Ethan and Victor everyone else is diabolically stupid.

I think Abbey is communicating with Boyd through the illusions, she's probably trying to tell him that the same thing which convinced her that it's all a dream is happening to someone else in the town (Hendry). Boyds "Why now?" is valid

This show has too many unanswered questions for me.

I think in the scene in the forest, Abby was trying to apologize, which is why whatever is making those hallucinations made her cough up blood. I think when she grab him from the ground she was trying to do the same thing. She is trying to apologize to him because if she does then he will not feel as guilty and all of the trimmers, hallucinations would stop. He would be able to think things through much better without the guilt. The entity seems to attack certain people which makes me feel like it views those people as the main threats. It seems like they have to die a specific way for the game to continue which is why boyds wife or jim etc.... can still contact them and why the man in yellow didn't kill tabitha, because jims and boyds wife maybe have died by the hands of people and the man in yellow instead of whatever way they are supposed to die (not sure what that is). The man in yellow warned her that she is going down a path that they haven't gone before not because he was frightened that they would get out but because he knows that they all have to die a specific way. The man in yellow loses control when he is not able to spy on them at the house. He literally doesn't know what is going to happen next if they go and he likes the version of the game where he knows everyones next move. Just my 2 cents.

I swear, everyone in From is selfish and stupid. I’ll bet she never mentions the man in yellow or the phone call. Dog forbid the writers allow people to communicate like the ignorance is the story. How long will it be (if at all) before Boyd even mentions the yellow suit being missing.

uhhh... another of those episodes. It's almost worse than LOST now. Can this show just end the endless, pointless talking talking talking. Show us something interesting, do something? Like wtf. What happened with this series? After season 2 it just went downhill. I'd be surprised if something at all will happen before 10 minutes before the end in episode 10. You can make a re-cut of this series and only take the last 1-5 minutes of each episode and it would have been so much better.

So many series make the same mistake, you have the most interesting premise but they always focus on people's feelings or whatever, instead of the mystery.

If Ethan is expected to be the survivor of the current cycle and Victor was the survivor of the previous one, then who was the survivor before Victor? Wouldn't Victor have met them? Unless the Man in Yellow killed them before they could survive their cycle, but if that's the case, why was Victor allowed to live?
