Sunday 11/10/24. Your French toast is ok. I am diabetic so I won't use sugar. I fry in olive oil. I sometimes add a little almond liquid

We love french toast.i make a whole loaf at a time,I like Texas toast,but I do it with regular sliced also,like whole wheat,or multi grain.i cool it and put two to three pieces in quart freezer bags,then I put all the bags in a gallon bag,we reheat it in the toaster,and it comes out crispy,as if fresh off the griddle.love your recipe 😋 hv a great day 💙🧡💚💜💛💚💜🤗🤗

@bestversion1687Will definitely add nutmeg next time!! LOVE. LOVE , LOVE YOUR RECEIPES!!
@cruzvictoriaflores6679Suggestion: try using both oil and butter...you get the taste of butter and the oil raises the butter's burning temperature.
@patrickdunavan9113that looks so good👍
@ramfam9750I knew I wasn’t crazy about French toast being a pain . 🤣
@emh8861It’s the middle of the night and suddenly I have craving la for French toast. But I’m out of milk and need to buy some later today. Is there a way to make this without milk?
@ourstoryanimatedWhat brand of bread is this?
@LearnandPlayEverydayDid you say, Breakfast Lunch or Dinner...I think that is overkill don't you think!
@thecleanfreaksThe St looked so good mmmmmm yummy
@jacobmolina6547It need to be darker
@edilsapereadehenry6332I've cheated the recipe during the Eggnog season, by using eggnog for the recipe to dip the bread in.
@pawfanI make it like this so first I put eggs and whisk them then I dip
Toast in and then I cook sometimes I put a splash of stuff but it’s great the first way

@rirhandzumathebula8856"If it's cooked on the inside"

Thank you For The Great Video
@ThadiusPendelez6975You are one of the fresh faced cooks with your hair tied back and a pleasure to watch, many female cooks have their hair down and in their face which I find very unhygienic!
@laquishalida3569❤️❤️❤️
@MaryamsMenualso stick it in the broiler to heat up if you're cooking for a bunch of people ( i hear)
@LyrakillThank’s Mama!! I used your recipe this morning and my family loved it! Topped it off with strawberries and whipped cream!!
@lauratorres2832but dont mix up the vanilla extract w the sesame seed oil... though it is worth trying again if you do.
@louisaruthWhat type of bread are you using ?
@joanniemcgee3914Perfect for breakfast. New friend. Here wathtcing and full support.
@marciascookingandbaking1857So yum 😋 I really love washing your video
@ricorecipe2060Thanks for sharing! Many of us learned to cook better when we moved out on our own. We stayed on the phone calling family & friends for recipes. I loved that!😍😂
@cynthiajones2764Try using toasted brioche in your egg mix, soak about 7 secs on each side and grill. This prevents the soggy bread texture and gives the bread and nice buttery flavor!
@butterflyl0ve212I would definitely enjoy the slightly burnt slice!! Yum yum!
@cathyc2665This is so good, especially with the hot buttered syrup. Well, more like warm in my case - hehe. So, so good. I was going to leave my mom two slices, but the syrup on the French toast is so good, took a slice. Sorry, mom. Next time! Had given my neighbor a few slices; hadn't made the syrup at that point. Anyway, so yummy!
@Julie_Riosscrew your milk and vanilla extract how about vanilla ice cream? lmao it worked!
@getrekt3983similar to my family recipe, just add a pinch of salt.
@bobvonbuelow9983I have heard so many people say break eggs in separate bowl in case of bad egg or shell. In 40 years of cooking I have never seen a bad egg. And a shell needs to be pulled out regardless. Just my opinion, you do you.
