bro the new siphon is soooo bad even its animation is bad too....
they just need to bring back arena or make the ranked 2.0 be exactly like the arena with the old siphon... i don't really care about the competitive in reload or sipon in og....fortnite literally killed the competitive since the end of ch4s2 when they removed arena and removed the sipon... now when i warm up and wanna play a ranked game i realize that the ranked has nothing special when i play it it feels like a battle royal game unlike arena that had only the good weapons and items and removed the other useless things which made the game way more smother and all the players r good and u know how much points u lose or earn...... what i wanted to say is the old siphon and arena is the thing that make u feel that u r playing a competitive game mode

i reached unreal one season and im still waiting what is the point in playing ranked if your not going to get rewarded for reaching unreal.

Easiest fix ever in 3 steps:
- Comp lootpool (make it balanced at least)
- limit camp plays
- Make it very competitive and difficult to Rank

There’s plenty of modes for casual play (regardless of skill level), but Ranked needs to give you a sense of tournament play EVERY match. Fighting games online always make you feel that excitement of never knowing your opponent’s skill, but wanting to come out on top. Learn from other games that have Ranking systems!

Tbh it becauses it takes like two hours to get out of gold they nerfed the rank up system so hard no one wants to spent 10 hours trying to get unreal it just a big waste of time tbh

I know this is probably going to be a controversial Take.... but am I the only one who actually loves Ranked? I mean, Ranked isn't fun with the Cheaters, and I can get that part, but I love Ranked just for the Fact that as long as you play it, you can earn rewards, even if they aren't special, but I do love the Ranking styles you can get for your ranking backbling. again, I know this might be a Controversial Comment, but I do understand where everyone else is coming from when they Talk about the Problems of Ranked.

All they need to do is make the map look good. add medalians, bring back og movement. make the lootpool good and bring back arena.

There's literally no incentive to play or grind other than rank rewards, which are not even worth it considering epic keeps breaking the ranked edit styles for them. Im still waiting for the edit styles to be fixed for the Death star ranked Umbrella from the Star Wars season. i have proof that I reached unreal in that season and still no unreal style. So what's even the point

I have never been Unreal... I think they have too many ranked modes too...

Every season we need a Ranked exclusive skin, given by simply playing your first ranked game. That skin needs Drift, Omega, or Calamity style progression...not just a logo or coloring that matches rank. Imagine an Omega remix where higher rank earns more lights or like Calamity where you start in casual clothes and unlock battle gear with Unreal unlocking particle effects like energy or flames. That's a reward people would actually play for.

The matchmaking is insanely unfair for casual players they gotta find a better balance.

For me, the cosmetics are the only reason I played it. I stop once I've gotten them all. For the past three seasons the items have all been shyte, so I don't play.
Vaulting garbage just doesn't hit the same way it used to - if it ever did at all.

Klarque Clint has mentioned in his lives he has spoken to the person at Epic in charge of the competitive side of the game and they confirmed no new players are interested in it, fortnite ranked has failed to capture the interest of new players and how can you blame them, newer players are way more into zero build as casuals than hardcore build gameplay

Not to mention as an E-sport fortnite competitive is just boring to watch, all games devolving into the same box fights over and over again with zero variety. I'd rather watch competitive League of Legends or Marvel Rivals instead, games with actual diversity to have watchers entertained
