Don't add an S to these common words - fix your English grammar mistakes
I happened to see the warning board in the train mentioned as follow; " please follow the instruction of the train crew
when exiting the train", I would like to ask if the word of instruction should be added s at the ending. According to the dictionary, the meaning of
instruction without s, is principal. Or not big deal?

Thank you for English course.I love 💕 you
Very very helpful
@BDBusLoverJaber439These are the kind of mistakes that grammar checkers usually miss because technically both forms exist as real words. "Luggage" vs "luggages" won't get flagged because the checker doesn't know you meant the uncountable form. This is actually what pushed me to build BeLikeNative. Instead of checking grammar rules one by one it just rewrites your whole sentence the way a native speaker would say it. One keyboard shortcut, works right inside whatever you're typing in. I'm the developer so obviously biased, but the "rewrite" approach catches things that rule-based checkers don't.
@BeLikeNativeI would say: "I want to have my hair cut', because it's going to be cut by a barber, not myself. I don't know if we can say "I want to cut my hair'. I'm only B1
@ІгорСапуновHonestly, THERE'S NO PLURAL FORM IN CHINESE. XD
@hshenglaiVery well explained! Thanks so much .
Greetings from Brazil
Fantastic! 🎉
@mr.miracle4587In Persian language both hair and long can be plural. I want to cut my hairs because they are long :)
@WordsPhotosI am from Germany, here we can say ,,mein Haar,, or ,,meine Haare,, =,,my hair,,😅 plural and singularly is correct in my language 😅
@TanteTiffy1979❎️ I need more underwears.

@savagekulung1276Wow, I did great on the quiz ❤
@marcosdonizettiteixeira2911I work for a US airline in Europe. It's crazy to me when I hear some Americans (not many) say "we're checking 2 luggages". It's probably an acceptable mistake for a non native speaker but it really makes a native speaker sound uneducated.
@perthfanny3017More or less , and spanish in Mexico , habrá is singular ...thanks teacher
@FernandoCasillas-y2wYou are incorrect about the word “vocabulary”. Uncountable nouns can still have a plural form in certain circumstances. In this case, we’d use plural if we wanted to emphasize that there is more than a single vocabulary, as in “these languages have similar grammar but vastly different vocabularies”.
Quoting from The New York Times:
“Students will identify a word from a New York Times article that they are unfamiliar with, but would like to know more about or incorporate into their own vocabularies.”
“Dogs Build Their Vocabularies Like Toddlers”.
Thank you from Russia ❤

@ldlearninghubA very famous zoo wrote to its animal supplier ...putting in an order...on their official letterhead.
It read, in part, please send two mongooses.
After it was typed he re- read it a few times and decided to rip it up.
He then wrote: Please send two mongeese.
Again he looked it over and decided to rip that up too.
At this point he finds he has only one official letterhead left. He writes: Please send a mongoose. And then please send another.
No automatic translation. Nonsense.
@albertokalfayan5395Certainly I didn't know before I heard you. I may still forget some of these. Thank you.
