I wonder if they used the jeep to move John’s body maybe they pulled the jeep in the garage and used the plow to somehow move Jon out to the lawn. Maybe they hoped the plow would create a tracking in the snow leading to the body to make it look like another plow came through and hit him. I didn’t want to have foot prints in the snow that could possibly lead from the house to the body. So him joking about plowing the driveway as a joke to Brian was a way to cover the tracks from the garage leading down the driveway to place Jon in the yard. The story about the plowing of the driveway was a way to cover up any chance they found evidence of his plow being used at the house. They had to put that detail in just in case. If they tried to say he did that as a joke after they discovered he had used the plow at 34 Fairview it would have looked like he was making up a story after they caught him with a piece of evidence that could be nefarious.

Other members of the Jury who believed she was guilty ultimately buckled under intense pressure. You can hear that Juror saying they "worked" on those who believed she was guilty until the very end. Ultimately jurors feared for thier own Safety

I've often wondered if Karen's mention of John may've been hit by a snowplow meant Higgins' plow - not Lucky.

We don't know Okeefe's personality. Was he a narcissist? Is Higgins one? Probably, both. But, I think, one of them made an offhanded remark to the other. And receiver/narcissist over reacted to it. To the extreme. The dog was there to intervene and/or protect Higgins as Higgins socked OKeefe, hard, in the face, slamming his head into the concrete wall, smashing the base of his skull. I dont think it was necessarily premeditated, let's call it homicide. However, the conspiracy to cover it up and the conspiracy to blame it on Karen is the real issue at hand. Karen is facing civil charges, whereas, it should be Higgins facing prosecution. To be continued.

How does that apply to events that we aren’t 100% sure. For example, if you ask me when did you buy you car. I would say, specially if I’m nervous, “I believe it was in March, it is a 2013 model, probably in 2013”.
That statement is true but being nervous I would answer that was.
Or, Where were you last Sunday?. Even though I was at my parents house. I probably still use an “I believe” I was at my parents house.

Higgins was one of the many very fascinating individuals involved in this case. I’m curious why neither side decided to call him this time- prosecutors seemed dedicated to proving Karen was seeking violent revenge, and defense seemed to want to show motive of others. So I’m real curious what changed.

John walked in that bar & HUGGED HIGGINS! It breaks my heart that John was such a kind person. His kindness & trust was taken advantage of by these sick people.

What if JO walked 36 steps and got into Higgins Plow and got ambushed?Once it was clear, Higgins cleared the driveway and dropped JO off in the garage. JO got finished off in the garage.

John O'Keefe used Karen to care for his niece and nephew which she gladly did. She was kind and generous to them, but he accused her of spoiling them. He was an angry man--angry with Karen for giving his niece a sweater and taking her and her girlfriends for a manicure, and angry when she called a plumber rather than waiting for one of his buddies to fix the problem.She had her own home, did not rely on him for money, and spent a good deal of her time taking care of him. He was in the process of dumping her.--in fact he had had several dalliances or flirtations with other women. She had a very brief flirtation, comprised of texts and one kiss with Higgins who wanted to exploit her unhappiness. She completely broke it off after a couple of weeks, and he was angry. His serious drinking problem resulted in the unnecessary death of John O'Keefe. All of John's "friends participated in the coverup.
