Im actually going to do this for atleast 3 weeks because i have 1 more week of school and then 2 week holiday. I will also do other workpits so results wont just be from this.

14 days:

Day 1: done & easy
Day 2: done & not so easy ๐Ÿซฉ
Day 3: super easy, feeling good
Day 4: it was easy but also difficult at the same time, Iโ€™m getting better form though! (Full extending legs, going up without assistance)
