When people say the universe is infite people tend to try and picture it as an infinite size box that’s not what they mean when they say it’s infinite they mean 2 things
1. The universe is always expanding meaning it will forever just keep growing
2. The universe is most likely a sphere meaning if you travel in one direction forever you would end up back where you started if you could travel faster than the universe expands wich is faster than the universe’s speed limit wich is the speed of light imagine your car could only go 50mph it couldn’t go any faster the road would be getting longer at 100mph meaning you would never reach the end of it no matter how long you travel that’s what they mean when they say “infinite “

9:10 Im not expert here but there seems to be a confusion. We're not only the ppl that can send info. The galaxy also send infos. They have their own light. We capture those light coming from different part and find out how they look like, if that made sense. So the milky way we know of is of several years ago because that's how long it took the light from there to hit us.

No humans will land on the moon in our lifetimes. And traveling at the speed vik said means we wouldn’t have control and if the moon is orbiting earth it’d be impossible to time a landing there.
