By observing the eye movements of schizophrenia patients while playing a simple video game, a University of British Columbia researcher has discovered a potential explanation for some of their symptoms, including difficulty with everyday tasks.
Newer studies show there is a correlation netween eye movement and predicting Schizoaffective disorders and periods of psychosis. 80% sucess rate is a rather good meteic with the control groups.

@monicaj3023My Eyes move like that, sometimes I hear voices that I find impossible to understand, I'm paranoid and check all my doors and wardrobes multiple times at night(1-8ish times), and mirrors. I sleep under blankets and pillows so I can't be seen 'cuz I'm paranoid and I have an extreme fear of dark. What is this web doctors?

@spiritualservicesgodbless7641Cops will try to get you for a DUI because those "fast jumps in eye movement" instead of following the object is considered to be an indicator of being under the influence. Perhaps they need to be trained to realize this is also an indicator of schizophrenia.
@thecrazymuzician1i have this problem?how can i treat this?not jerky but i cant explain this to my doctor as well.like sometimes my eye move in different directions and the things that i want to avoid stick towards that.and sometimes by watching towards the face of a person its not limited towards face but towards his or her whole body and mostly towards avoidable parts of body

Another awesome remark: when she sleeps, she sometimes hears the clicks of my computer mouse as she sleeps 4 meters away from the computer and the door is closed!
I was treated for schizophrenia because I told psychiatrists that the world didn't look real. 10 years later I found out from an optician it was just I couldn't see in 3D.
@keithbessantWhat the child here has discovered is that an optical deficiency is often misdiagnosed as schizophrenia, not that it is symptomatic of schizophrenia. Her logic is ass backwards

@analisamariehI would love to have this test as I am sure I am very good at tracking objects and to ram the results down the throat of Dr Johannes Khor who faked medical notes to get me shut up as a witness against fraudster and paed Royston Wilding. I was carted off and locked up and drugged with high levels of antipsychotics at Eastern Health (where jerk CEO Allan Lilly will do nothing to investigate) and my life almost destroyed.I then ended up nearly jailed as my bribed lawyer John Alexander O'Brien AKA Alex O'Brien ( bastard took over $100,000 ) was in on the plot. I had just found the details of Supreme Court case Kantor vs Wilding when I was forced into hospital and tortured from behind the scenes by Johannes Khor who I can prove altered the medical files.....AND HE IS STILL ALLOWED TO PRACTICE.I worked 16 years straight for big pharma ; no car accidents drug abuse, no speeding tickets NOTHING.....so they made it up.My vision how ever was permanently damaged by these low life scums.I will get them.
@gisellewildingmy eyes jerk while tracking my finger left to right I took a few videos of it it probably jerks 2-5 times while going left to right to left ive also got a lot of schizophrenic symptoms but then again ive got bipolar symptoms too so wouldn't this make me schizoaffective if I got diagnosed? also things like hearing voices at night and delusions which I have can be from bipolar but my uncle was schizophrenic so its in my family

This is very interesting. For me it seems like the dicoordination is more like a consequence. Otherwise, seems like a good approach to train the skill of associating between reality and thoughts that is compromised on schizofrenic individuals.
